The purpose of this study was to design a model of the impact of human resources activities on the job performance of teleworkers in selected sports organizations. The research method is based on a paradigm and considered as trans-positivist research. In terms of strategy and hypotheses, it is descriptive-survey and causal. The statistical population of the study consists of teleworking staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Ministry and its subsidiary organizations and institutions. Sampling method was simple random and minimum sample size was determined by Cochran formula of 280 people out of which 210 questionnaires were analyzed. Standard questionnaires were used as data collection instruments. The validity of the questionnaires was evaluated based on the experts’ opinions in the field of sport management in terms of form and content. . their reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient for HR questionnaires 0.84 and job performance 0.88, respectively. The results showed that HR proportional to telework on the job performance of teleworkers Ministry of Sport and Youth and affiliated organizations, teleworking and Performance Evaluation Teleworkers Employment have a significant positive effect on the perceived job performance of teleworkers in the Ministry of Sport and Youth and its affiliated organizations. In the second equation, teleworking and teleworking performance have a moderate role on job performance prediction, and HR activities have a high impact on job performance prediction, and teleworking services and occupational half-life have a very poor share on job performance prediction. Finally, we calculated gof = 40.7.
