Aim: Tthe present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the influence of lifestyle on the identity of the youth of West Azarbaijan province.
Method: The method of this research is quantitative and survey and its statistical population includes young people aged 18 to 35 years in West Azerbaijan province which was randomly selected and research data were collected using a researcher-made online questionnaire. The sample size was 383 people using sample power software, which was increased to 400 people to ensure this, and the research data was analyzed using SPSS 26 software and the structural equation model and model fit criteria were used. Amos Graphic 24 software is drawn and estimated.
Findings: this research show that the Pearson correlation between the dimensions of consumerism and leisure related to the lifestyle variable with youth identity is 0.126 and 0.188, respectively, at a significance level of 0.012 and 0.000, the findings of the multiple regression test show that the dimensions of the independent variable of the research have explained 40% of the variance and the changes of the dependent variable of the research, and the modeling of the structural equation of the research shows that according to The theoretical model has been supported by the criteria of fitting the experimental data of the research.
Results: The results of this study show that the leisure time lifestyle has an effect on the identity of the youth of West Azerbaijan province and these two variables have a significant relationship with each other.
