The strategic alignment is defined as the proportion between the internal structure of the organization and its external environment, and sports federations need to have a strategic alignment with other corresponding sports organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the key drivers of strategic alignment development in Iranian sports federations based on futures research approach. The type of research is applied, it is mixed in terms of method (qualitative-quantitative) and analytical-exploratory in nature. 20 experts were used to extract the variables and 14 experts were used for cross-analysis by purposive sampling. To analyze the data, a combination of panel expert methods and MICMAC cross-effects were used. Findings showed that the four key drivers had the greatest direct impact on the development of strategic alignment in Iranian sports federations that including creating a communication network between different organizations related to each other, develop a strategic plan with emphasis on strategic alignment between sports federations with related organizations, report of the strategic plan prepared by the federations to the relevant organizations and decentralized decision-making, respectively. It is suggested to the sports managers of the country to pay attention to the key drivers of the development of strategic alignment of sports federations and to use the potential capacities of the Office of Joint Affairs of sports federations to monitor the strategic plans of different sports federations for strategic alignment.

The study is to identify the factors that influence on the sport international relations in Iran, in view of Good Governance principles. The data collection method in this research was descriptive which was conducted as a field work in major domain of the two main national sport governing system, namely the Ministry of Sport and Youth (as the public sector) and Iranian National Olympic Committee (as the non-governmental sector). In addition, the present study was an applied cross-sectional survey in terms of time and nature of research method. The research method was mixed, using Delphi technique and confirmatory factor analysis “CFA”. The statistical population consisted of the Ministry of Sport and Youth, as the public governmental sector and Iranian National Olympic Committee as the non-governmental sector. Sampling was done in both sections in total, and finally 150 correct, full-completed questionnaires were analyzed. The research tools included review of documents, semi-structured interviews, and a researcher-made questionnaire based on the "Global Basic Principles of Good Governance in the Olympics and Sports Organizations" provided by the IOC (2008). The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed through the related tests (Lawshe method, Cronbach’s Alpha) by experts. After data collection, they were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods by SPSS21 and PLS version 3 statistical packages.
The results showed the model fit indices have acceptable and desirable value and the research model is confirmed (RMSEA=0/069 and CFI=0/918). The highest factor loadings were related to “integrity and independency” (λ=0/866), then Transparency (λ=0/850), responsibility (λ=0/793), Discipline (λ=0/781), Accountability (λ=0/709), Rule of law (λ=0/651), and Participation and Democracy (λ= 0/613). The present results may help the national sport system to find the priorities of International Relations based upon the G.G factors to prevent the loss of tangible and intangible assets in this area.

The study is to examine the impact of perceived organizational policies (POP) and perceived organizational support (POS) on occasioning deviant behavior in sport organizations in the west of Iran and used a descriptive survey method with the data obtained through field surveys. The study population consists of all the managers, deputy managers, and official experts (300 individuals). Based on Morgan Table, 194 individuals were selected as the statistical sample using the stratified random sampling method. The perceived organizational policy questionnaire by Kacmar and Carlson (1997)(α=0/92) the perceived organizational support questionnaire by Eisenberger et al. (1986)(α=0/9), the deviant behavior questionnaire by Gruys (2000)(α=0/87) were used for data collection. Face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by ten physical education professors. Descriptive and inferential test instruments were used for an analysis of the inferential findings based on structural equation modeling using the Lisrel software.
Based on the study results, organizational perceived policies have a direct, positive and meaningful impact on deviant behavior and behavioral dimensions damaging to organizational assets, wasting of time and resources, interpersonal aggressiveness, and cyber loafing. However, based on the results, the organizational perceived support did not have any impact on deviant behavior and behavioral dimensions damaging to organizational assets, wasting of time and resources, interpersonal aggressiveness, and cyber loafing.
Paying attention to organizational policies could reduce deviant behaviors in sport organizations. Therefore, it is recommended to organization's managers to consider political behaviors and legitimate and illegitimate policies in order to cause organizational effectiveness and efficiency and to reduce the causes of deviant behaviors.

An efficient structure is the most important factor for reaching goals in all systems including sport. Since, the purpose of this research is comparative study of sport structure in Iran and European countries. This descriptive-comparative study was carried out in 2016. In order to compare the of sports structure in Iran and European countries (Germany, Estonia, Great Britain, Turkey, Denmark, Poland, Norway and the Netherlands), various aspects were investigated. data for recognizing sport structure of European countries were collected by searching through book, magazine and internet, data for recognizing sport structure of Iran were collected by searching law of objecvtive, duties of sport organization and compared using Bereday’s four-stage model: description, interpretation, juxtaposition and comparison. Regarding the structural dimension, despite many similarities in principles, the applied methods and mechanism are different. Low size of structure, avoiding bureaucracy, elimination of parallel and common duties of organizations, symmetrical distribution of authorities and powers among organization units, clear definition of communications among units, identify clear job descriptions for all institutions, National division of work and Coordination between institutions and establishing integrity are the most important principles that must be regarded.
