The aim of the current research was to design the conceptual model of factors affecting the management of the generation gap in public sports in the country. In this research, in order to obtain a conceptual model and confirm it, first by using a qualitative approach (thematic analysis) and interviewing 14 experts in a purposive sampling method, including professors of sports science and sports management, experts in the field of public sports, experts in the field of sociology and sociology of sports, and sports managers of organizations in charge of sports such as municipalities, the Federation of Public and Recreational Sports, and the Federation of Student Sports, the factors were identified; In the following, the structural equation modeling method was used to confirm the conceptual model obtained from the research. In order to make the study feasible, a simple random sampling method was used to sample this population. Due to the uncertainty of the size of the community; A total of 384 people were identified as the research sample. The findings of the theme analysis showed that there are a total of 51 open codes as factors affecting the management of the generation gap in public sports in the country, which are placed in 4 main themes and 9 sub-themes; . In a general conclusion, it should be mentioned that managing the generation gap as an important issue can play an important and decisive role in creating empathy in social systems

The study is to represent a model to explain the impact of organizational culture on social capital among the managers and employees of Ministry of Sport and Youth. The study population in terms of quality and identifying the components of organizational culture includes the managers of aforementioned ministry which are chosen purposively. In the quantitative section, the population includes all the managers and employees (900 people) that 270 are selected as samples by simple random sampling according to Morgan table. |The research tools are a researcher-made questionnaire for organizational culture (33 items) and a Nahapiet and Ghoshal (1998) questionnaire (28 items) for social capital. The content validity of the questionnaire was verified by 10 sports management professors and the reliability of the questionnaire based on Cronbach's alpha for organizational culture and social capital was estimated to be 0.86 and 0.97, respectively. The SEM is utilized in order to investigate the causal relationship between organizational culture and social capital.
The results showed that organizational culture is of a significant positive effect on structural, communicational and cognitive aspects of social capital. Eventually it can be said that if the managers proceed to strengthen organizational culture, they could provide a joint conformity and this factor in turn can positively affect improving efficiency and productivity of employees
