According to the nature of the subject, techniques and tools such as interviews, expert panels and questionnaires were used. After determining the indicators and components affecting the country's futsal development, using the Delphi model and designed questionnaires, the cross-effects analysis matrix was redistributed among the statistical sample. Techniques such as Delphi, cross-effects analysis, structural analysis and Mic Mac software were used in data processing to understand the key drivers of futsal development in the country. Findings: 34 factors affecting the development of futsal in the country were identified. Using the structural analysis method (cross effects) and the use of Mic Mac software, the position of each factor in the obtained system was determined, and 8 drivers were identified as the most key future-making variables in the development of futsal in the country. Conclusion: The key drivers identified in this research can be effective as a guide in estimating and predicting the future of Iranian sports organizations that are related to futsal.
