This research has been conducted to identify the factors affecting the level of awareness of citizenrights. The statistical population of the research is Zanjan University students. The sample size was 327 by referring to the Morgan table. The research is a descriptive-analytic study which was performed by scrolling method and by questionnaire tool. The basis of awareness of citizenrights is the level of knowledge of individuals about civil, political, social, cultural and gender rights, which was received by 21 questions. The construct validity of the questionnaire was tested by factor analysis technique and instrument reliability in two preliminary and final examinations, which showed that the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were valid. The sampling method is a class size proportional to volume and the respondents were selected by simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation, multiple regression, F test, and Kendal rankings. The data were analyzed by SPSS version 22 software. The findings of the research showed that the respondents' awareness of citizenrights in all components is more than average. Also, all independent variables of research on the use of mass media (0.291), public presence (0.33), social-economic base (2.59 F), and attitude toward citizen (0.68) have a significant relation with the level of awareness of citizenrights. . One of the best ways for people to be aware of the rights and duties of citizen the religious arena, and it is suggested that the attitude to the rights of citizens be converted into a religious view.

The implementation of the principles of sustainable development in sport has been emphasized by the International Olympic Committee. The purpose of this study was to identify and optimize the indices and components affecting organizational behavior in tennis. This research is a descriptive-survey research that used to design basic conceptual model and determine three main dimensions (managerial/ social, cultural/ environmental, health) and 13 components (purpose) to determine the validity and reliability of the model and its fit. The initial model of the research was tested and tested using SEM using Smart PLS2 software. The model was then fitted at three levels: the fitting of the measurement model, the fitting of the structural model, and the general fitting of the model (GOF). The results showed that "social / cultural dimension" (path coefficient = 0.645) had the highest effect on the desired pattern. Then, "approach / management dimension" (path coefficient = 0.558) and finally "environmental dimension / health" (path coefficient = 0.554) affect the sustainable development of sport in the country.R2 value(0.989) indicates pattern confirmation. Both indices in all three constructs were positive and greater than zero (common = 0.6785) and redundancy (0.432) resulting in overall fit of measurement model (good quality of measurement model) and structural model (high ability of structural model in predicting). The overall fit of the model was 0.6987, indicating a strong fit to the overall model. The model presented for the principles of sustainable sport development is based on the Agenda 21 of the Olympic Movement and the Rio Declaration.

The study is to designe a structural equation modeling of toxic leadership and organizational trauma and organizational inertia considering the role of social loafing among the Ministry of Sport and Youth staff. This research is a kind of descriptive- correlation research and is done by Traversal- Field method through questionnaires which were collected. The statistical sample including 372 staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth of Islamic Republic of Iran were selected by Random Sampling. The measurement tools for gathering the data was Schmidt Toxic Leadership questionnaire (2008), Vee-van and Horman Organizational Trauma (2015), Hogard and et al Perceived Social Loafing (2010) and Steffi Haag Organizational Inertia (2014) that their reliability was approved respectively, α= 0/86, α= 0/94, α= 0/82 and α= 0/81 by Cronbach's alpha. The Data using Structural Equation Modeling were analyzed via Software PLS and SPSS.
The results of the analysis of structural equation model showed that the model is good and acceptable. The highest path coefficient is related to the relationship between organizational trauma and organizational inertia (0/53=β، 10/53=T، 0/001=P), and the weakest is related to the relationship between toxic Leadership and social loafing.
To reduce organizational inertia and social loafing in employees, it is necessary to reduce the toxic behaviors in the leaders and the organizational trauma in the staff. According to the results, it is concluded that some measures and mechanism are necessary in order to prevent the coming toxic leadership style virulent among the Ministry of Sport and Youth staff.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the empowerment of the Sports and Youth Administration of Khorasan Razavi Province through organizational agility and psychological empowerment with a structural equation approach. The research method of the present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of sports and youth departments of Khorasan Razavi province. Due to the limited number of statistical population, the statistical sample of this study was selected as a total number (200 people) of which 57 were women and 143 were men. In this study, for factor significance testing of questionnaire questions and understanding of the structure between variables, confirmatory factor analysis and KMO calculation were used to determine the appropriateness of data and confirm the implementation of factor analysis and Smart PLS software was used for data analysis. Findings showed that organizational agility has a significant effect on organizational empowerment (factor load = 0. 38, t-value=7. 91) and psychological empowerment has a significant effect on organizational empowerment (factor load = 0. 52, t-value 10. 63). Therefore, it can be concluded that due to the significant effect of agility on organizational excellence, senior managers can align organizational agility strategy with standards of organizational excellence and capability and further facilitate this process through greater employee participation.

Abstract:The aim of this study was to provide a framework on analysis and planning on development of sport participation for veterans, disabilities, deaf, and blind.Research methods in terms of type was qualitative, in goal was applications,in strategy was process and it was case study(for veterans and disability sports).Statistical Society consists of two parts, expert human society(N=22)and Community documents and information (41 documents). Research tools was include interview and a questionnaire that done in three methods:library study, interview, and Delphi technique. The validity of the tools was evaluated on the basis of determining the validity of the resources and the respondents, the content and formalism of the narrative, the framework of the interview, and calculation of the coefficients of agreement between the criminals. The conceptual coding and the analysis of the conceptual-systemic methods were used to analysis the findings. The city of Tehran is known as one of the most polluted cities in the world which is due to the inadequate urbanization, developmental and heterogeneous system without evaluation. In this situation, if a reliable model can be predicted for the future status of pollutants in the city, a more accurate understanding of the pollutants can be found in the context of sustainable urban management. The study is to identify the air pollutants in relation to the sports complexes of eastern Tehran (districts 4, 7, 8, 13). For this purpose, data from pollution sensing stations around the region were interpolated for the last 6 years by Kriging method. As a standard, the Air Quality Index (AQI) was used. Layering overlay was performed using ArcGIS 9.2 software. The results showed that the variability of the concentration of this pollutant in different stations is different and the distribution of pollutants in the study area does not follow the same pattern. The most severe degree of pollution was registered at the Crisis Headquarters Station (90.49). The maximum number of clean air days at the Golbarg Station (488 days) and the lowest at the Chief of Staff (160 days). Also, the headquarters of the crisis has the highest number of days of "unhealthy" and "unhealthy weather" for sensitive groups. In the meantime, the station has less number of infected days. Finally, 22 sports complexes are exposed to severe air pollution in the study area.
