AbstractThe overall purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of social Media, social Capital and intellectual capital on knowledge management in the Ministry of Sport . The purpose of this research is applied and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive-survey and in terms of correlation between variables, it is cross-sectional and in terms of time. The statistical population of this study consists of all general managers and deputy and experts of the Ministry of Sport with approximately 1000 people. The statistical sample of this study is based on Morgan's sampling table of 276 persons. Stratified random sampling method was used to select the samples. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were obtained and Cronbach's alpha was 0.87. For descriptive and inferential analysis of data from SPSS and AMOS was used. To evaluate the validity of the research model, the structural equation modeling method was used and confirmed by the results of path analysis of the variables relationship of this research. The results showed that social capital has a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital. Social media also have a significant and positive impact on intellectual capital. On the other hand, intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on knowledge management. The results also showed that social capital has a positive and significant effect on knowledge management. Finally, social media have a positive and significant impact on knowledge management. Indicators of structural equation model showed that the model is appropriate fitness.

The importance of women''''''''''''''''s sports and the development of their participations in national and international events, attention to sports marketing as the most important tools in attracting sponsors seems necessary. The purpose of this study was to identify barriers to professional sport marketing in Iranian women athletes. The applied research was carried out using qualitative method based on Grounded theory. Semi-structured interview was used to collect the data. The statistical population of the study consisted of sport’s managers and sport’s experts in Iran. Sample size in this approach during research is determined in which 14 interviews were conducted. For the three steps of encoding and analyzing the data, Max Q da Pro 12.3 software was used. 100 open cods and 11 axial codes were identified. At the end, 6 categories of barriers were named; social- cultural barriers, governmental thought, Legal-law and customary barriers, Administrative and organizational barriers, media and the weakness in the marketing system leads to sport. The finding suggested that it is necessary to use modern marketing strategies in sport federations that are appropriate to Iranian women''''''''''''''''s professional sport environment.

It seems that sport as an important part of development is sustainable development. The purpose of this research is the perspective of strategic land-use planning for Iran football. The statistical society, sports experts Iran. A total of 70 people were selected through purposive sampling snowball method. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods coefficient initial questionnaire and open interviews and ratings were used for data collection and analysis. The research instrument was a self-made check list in which respondents were asked to indicate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the sport's List, while using geographic information system (GIS) to provide descriptive-analytic model, and part of the data in the software Arc - GIS analysis to investigate. The overall result of the study showed that treatment football in Iran, uneven distribution of places and spaces across the Iran, there is football, In addition, with regard to the Matrix positioning and strategic action status table football Iran was competitive.

Considering importance and role of sport in the international level inparticular the presence of clean and doping-free athletes in sporting events, it seems that achieving this is crucial in identifying the causes of this unpleasant phenomenon in sport. The research is to study the causes of elite athletes' tendency to doping which was done by qualitative research method. The statistical population was the board of federations, coaches and athletes of the national teams of cycling, running, weightlifting, wrestling and basketball which according to the report of the Medical Federation of December 2016 had the highest doping rates in Iran and participated in the Jakarta Asian Games. The Samples were selected by purposeful sampling and snowball technique. Semi-structured interviews were used for data collection and MAXQDA 2018 software was used for data coding and data analysis.
According to the findings, 13 factors were identified as causes of doping tendency among Iranian national athletes, including personal, psychological, financial, legal, managerial, coaching, functional, individual, attitude, social and cultural, control, structural factors. Finally, in line with the results, some suggestions were pesented.
