The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of strategic orientation and organizational innovation on entrepreneurial trend of Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs. The present research method is correlation, which has been done with the structural equation modeling approach. The statistical population of this study was all 890 employees (569 men, 321 women) of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs. Using the simple random sampling method, 490 individuals were selected as sample. Three standard questionnaires were used for data collection: strategic orientations of Morgan and Strong (2003), organizational innovation questionnaire of Nauschen et al (2011)and Morgan and Hughes entrepreneurial orientation questionnaire (2007).The structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The results showed that strategic orientation and organizational innovation have significant effect on entrepreneurial trend. AMOS software outputs indicated the suitability of the structural model (GFI = 0.94, TLI = 0.90, PNFI = 0.54, CFI = 0.92, and RMSEA = 0.078, respectively). Fitted the structural model). Based on the results of the research, it can be acknowledged that organizations that adopt strategic direction and organizational innovation can better discover, create, evaluate and use the opportunities of attractive entrepreneurs, which ultimately leads the Ministry of Entrepreneurship. Sports and youth and other sports organizations are able to effectively and efficiently create and renew competitive advantage. Also in sports organizations, like other organizations, it is possible to use strategic orientation processes to create higher value for managers and customers of the organization.

The aim of this study was to thematically analyze the economic challenges of sports development in the western provinces of the country. This research is a qualitative research and a systematic exploratory study will be used. Data collection will be done in several ways such as interview, library study and document review. The statistical population includes university sports management professors, sports economics researchers and analysts, managers of organizations and sports centers who were interviewed (16 people). Sampling was theoretical and judgmental (based on criteria such as specialty, job category, work history, etc.). Estimation of sample number was based on theoretical saturation of the extractive components of the research. Findings showed that a total of 55 economic components were identified as challenges in the development of sports by indoor environment (26) and outdoor environment (29). The current research is qualitative in terms of fundamental purpose and strategy. To collect data, interviews with experts and documentary methods were used. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the research data; which included library studies, content analysis method and review of 22 studies (domestic and foreign) and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts and experts in the field of sports management. The statistical population of the research is all experts related to sports management, including sports and political management of the country, professors and faculty members of universities in the field of sports management. The interviewees were selected by non-random sampling of a targeted and available type. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The theme analysis method was used to analyze the data. In this method, based on Atrid Sterling's (2001) perspective, the theme network analysis tool was used. The results of the research showed the factors affecting national pride, foreign relations and demarcation with the enemy in the statement of the second step of the revolution in physical training and sports by J.A. Iran is open in five areas (Islamic system, revolutionary spirit, honorism, Jihadi management, international relations) 95 guarantors. According to the results obtained, the country's diplomacy is moving forward to help realize the goals of sports in the international arena. It is suggested to establish the Supreme Council of Sports of Islamic Countries centered on the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to advance the high goals of the Islamic system in international forums.

The aim of current investigation was Optimization of the evaluation indicators the country's sport coaches.This research is kind of descriptive- anlytic research. And it is done by Traversal- Field method by using questionnaires. Statistical Sample research, including240 person of country's sport coaches that were selecteded by random sampling. Measurement tools for gathering data were Optimization of the evaluation indicators of the country's sport coaches questionnaire that the content validity of the questionnaires confirmed by 15 Sport Managment professors so questionnaire's reliability was approved respectively α= 0/971 By Cronbach's alpha. Data Using Structural Equation Modeling via Software SPSS and LISREL PLS analysis. Results standard coefficient, Values t, and estimated amount variance structural model of evaluation indicators of the country's sport coaches showed that all questions have a significant effect are the model (P< 0/01). Technical indicator with effect size of 0.91 and at the level of (P< 0/01) has had the highest significant effect on the Evaluation indicators. Other Evaluation indicators have High factor load in the considerration of the evaluation indicators the country's sport coaches. Results of Cronbach's alpha values, combined reliability, Extracted variance values, R2 values, Excess indicators, Cross-sectional validity and combined with Cross-sectional validity components the measurement model of the indicators of the coaches showed that these indicators confirm the measurement model. Relevant managers and officials can use the evaluation indicators, educational, technical, and managerial and leadership, psychology and socio-personality to evaluate the coaches. Also, use these indicators to select the coaches of club and national teams.

The study is to analyze the research done in the field of championship sport development, especially handball qualitatively. The method was qualitative and a kind of meta-synthesis with the seven-step method of Sandelowski & Barros (2007). The research population consisted of all the related sources about 465 persons. first, 65 sources were selected based on title. Then, 43 sources were selected based on the abstract, which eventually analyzed 34 sources based on content as related resources by coding. The results of Meta-synthesis classified the effective factors on development of handball championship sport in two environments; internal (micro and intermediate level) and external (macro level) in four main categories: Individual factors (5 dimensions and 24 codes), human-managerial factors (6 dimensions and 40 codes), financial-infrastructural factors (4 dimensions and 46 codes) and socio-cultural factors (6 dimensions and 37 codes). The factors and components obtained from this research can be a good guide for investing, deciding and adopting appropriate strategies for the development of handball in the country.

The study is to identify the factors of planning, attracting and selecting of talent management in Handball of IRAN. It is a qualitative research that has been done fundamentally. The data collection was done by studying documents and interviewing 15 handball experts which was continued by purposive sampling until theoretical saturation. The data was analyzed using open, axial and selective coding. The findings indicated the existence of 28 effective concepts in talent planning section which were categorized in 8 components: communication and interaction with institutions, appropriate organizational structure, designing strategic and operational plan, systematic evaluation and attitude, developing a structured and executive integrated model, increasing budget and financial resources, conducting research and studies, manpower training.
In talent attracting section, 25 effective concepts were classified into 6 components: media advertising, handball advertising and branding, the role of education, the role of universities and other institutions, the role of the general dimension of handball and the role of the specialized dimension of handball. Also in talent selecting section, 28 effective concepts were classified into 8 components: organizational factors, tests and indicators of talent identification, genetic factors, holding competitions, socio-mental factors, physical and motor skills, the role of talent identification coaches and facilities and equipment. The aim of the present study was to investigate the underlying factors and intervene in the development of entrepreneurship in the educational system of physical education and sports sciences in the country. The research method was qualitative and grand theory. Data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews. The statistical population of the study includes all experts in the three fields of science, administration and sports, including experts and experts in the field of entrepreneurship (including top sports entrepreneurs, professors in this field), elite faculty members and experts in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences. (Ministry of Sports and Youth, Federations, and the National Olympic Committee). Findings related to background factors represent 4 sub-categories; Infrastructure, related organizations, entrepreneurial culture, and higher education policy-making and planning for ignition were categorized into two general concepts: organizational and structural factors, and entrepreneurial culture and thinking. Also, the findings of the intervening factors in 2 general concepts of macro-legal, political and economic factors and focusing on the development of entrepreneurship and skills training strategies of students, which include 5 sub-categories; Production of law, support facilities, political and economic factors, development of entrepreneurial knowledge and structural engineering were classified. In general, recognizing these factors can help universities, professors, and the physical education system to develop entrepreneurship.

The research was to study the effect of participative management on strategic thinking among selected Iranian sports federations. Measuring instruments included Participative Management Questionnaire (Labaf and Ranjbar, 1381) and Strategical Thinking Standard Questionnaire (Liedtka, 1998) were Applied with validity through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Cronbach's Alpha Coefficients Participative Management Questionnaire (0.88) and Strategical Thinking Questionnaire was (0.96) determined. The statistical population of the research was including 900 directors and staff of sports federations in Islamic Republic of Iran. Sample of 269 were chosen randomly sampling on the basis of the Krejcie and Morgan. The research method is Causal Research that using Structal Equation Models (Structal Equation & path diagram) was analyzed by using LISREL statistical software. Results indicated that there was positive significant impact on some components of Participative Management (goal setting, decision making, problem solving and change).Also, there was positive significant impact on some components of Strategical Thinking (System Perspective, Intent Focus, Hypothesis Driven, Intelligent Opportunism and Thinking in Time). Totally, Participative Management was of positive significant impact on Strategical Thinking. Those sequential model fitting procedures indicated impacted participative management on strategical thinking among selected Iranian sports federations. Therefore, by setting goals and developing a cohesive participatory between managers and staffs of sports federations can be identified improving strategical thinking in sports federations on the future.

The purpose of this research was to explain the indicators that influence success Sports Teams Success in International Events. Statically society including coaches, athletes and performance directors of Four Federations and National Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Sports and youth leaders that are non-randomly targeted and 153 subjects were selected based on Morgan table. Data gathering tool was the standardized questionnaire of elite sports climate (De Bosscher,2011) which consists of 95 questions. Content validity was evaluated by experts in the field of sports management and the reliability of the questionnaire through a pilot study with 30 participants and Cronbach’s Alpha (0/93) respectively. Using path analysis, the factors affecting the success of the sports teams were surveyed. The results showed that both external financial support and Elite sport environment to the ensemble of respectively (0/189 , P<0/01), (0/199 ,P<0/05) have significant effect on the sporting success. Also talent identification variable had a standardized coefficient about 0/348. The maximum effect was of sports participation with standardized coefficients the 0/035 and post-Career support with standardized coefficients the 0/134- the minimum direct effect in sporting success. Finally, sporting administrators and policy makers should notice these success factors and focus on them.

The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between coaching management with employee performance in the Ministry of Sports and youth. The statistical population of the study was all experts working in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. They hold at least an associate degree and were about 400 people. The sample size was estimated 200 according to the Morgan table. The sampling method was randomized stratification. The methods used for this study were applied descriptive and correlational. Data from the questionnaire coaching skills (degree-oriented coach) McLean et al and self-function is used. The face and content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed with 15 cases of teachers in 1391. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaire coaching management was 0/89 and for questionnaire of performance 0/91 was obtained. The Descriptive and inferential statistics such as Kolomogrof - Smirnov, Binomial test, Spearman correlation coefficient and structural equation were used to analyze the data using software LISREL and spss17. The results showed that status of coaching among the staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth and their performance is appropriate. Also there is a significant relationship between dimension of coaching and coaching management and the staff performance. Also, based on structural equation, a team approach and preference of the individual have the greatest impact on performance.

Social consensus is one of the main issues of the past, long regarded experts in the field of social and cultural studies. Over time, it not only did not lose its importance, but also has gained global importance because of increasing developments on the international scene. Social consensus as a fundamental component of social capital and of factors affecting social relations that daily wear tends to be weak. This issue has been observed globally and nationally. The analysis of this issue was designed on the basis of Bourdieu's theories and schools Pantam and functionalism and symbolic interactionism. The aim of this study was to investigate the attitudes of sports and non-sports administrators the ability to predict the rise of social consensus athletics (act of communication, establish social order, social balance and social conformity).
This is due to the implementation of the survey. The study samples were non-sport athletic directors from among the directors of the country's 31 provinces, among the ten provinces of the two million people were randomly selected. Therefore, among the directors, 5 persons including directors and assistant athletic departments of physical education unsporting AstanHa managers and directors of the political, security to 3 Estandard 31 and deputy director of the Office of culture and the number 2 of persons Who have experience in the culture of order, stability, providing solidarity (total of 5 persons as directors of non-sports) for a total of 100 individuals were sampled. Data collection tools in the study was a questionnaire. To assess the internal consistency reliability of the items as well as "alpha" was used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 16.
Data analysis showed a variable that participation in athletics all four dimensions of social consensus (communicative action, establish social order, social balance and social conformity) has a significant relationship(p≥ 0.05). However, multiple regression analysis showed that the only variable highest correlation due to social conformity, /158 explaining the variance in athletics given that the variance of F is observed. As a result, the first regression Level 0/01 showed significant predictive ability in athletics is only after, social conformity a nd in three dimensions (act of communication, establish social order, social balance) This predict can not be of the meaning.

Economic and social developments will be achieved through human development. In this respect, the most important factors of human resource development in any society should be considered. However, each country's higher education system as a fundamental part, is intimately related to labor market programs for socio- economic development of the country. Therefore, for the development and training of skilled and competent, efficient system of higher education is necessary to achieve balanced and sustainable development. Despite a slight expansion of universities and institutions of higher education in recent decades, issues of unemployment and lack of skills among youth has increased in Iran. Statistical Center of Iran has announced crowd of educated unemployed is 373,513 people in 1385 years and 768,051people in years 1390. This article aims to provide relevant offers, the efficiency of higher education to employment for young people to explore and analyze. The methods are descriptive-analytical and the collection and analysis of library data and documents. The results showed that ineffectiveness of higher education in particular, the lack of alignment of programs and inconsistencies in the content of teaching and research universities with labor market needs is among the major obstacles to a major disturbance and the main disturbance in youth employment. So, special attention should be devoted to it.

The strategic plan and obvious vision increase the probability of achievement in the organization. To this end, the present study has been conducted regarding the strategic identification of current situation in I.R. Iran Wushu federation to offer the strategies, plans and development approaches based on SWOT. It was a descriptive - applied study. Population included the heads of Wushu boards in the provinces and federation administrators (members of administration board, heads of committees, experts, veterans) as equal to 80 individuals. The whole numbering was considered as the sampling. Questionnaire packet included a structured questionnaire composed of 106 items. Reliability was reported 0.89 through Cronbac alpha. Data analyses primarily consisted of Kolmogorov Smirnov test and Friedman test. Final strategy was made by QSPM and SWOT. Matrix score showed that the internal and external evaluation of strategy in I.R. Iran Wushu federation stood at the zone of WT. It was concluded that the defensive strategies were conducted in order to keep current situation in the Wushu federation.

Background and purpose: Trust the fundamental problems of social and political foundations of society and social relations into account is. Results: Analysis of the data shows the performance of sport Public and the championship of the National Trust Dimensions is a significant difference.
