This study was a combined method of mixed exploratory research projects. The statistical population of the qualitative section includes university professors, athletes and champion coaches (15 people) and the statistical population in the quantitative section includes all male and female professional athletes in all individual and team sports in Hamadan province. 225 professional athletes were identified in Hamadan province. Research questionnaires were distributed among them and finally 195 questionnaires were returned correctly. The sampling method was qualitative and purposive in quantitative part. The data collection tool in the present study was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data of the present study, coding in the qualitative part and the method of structural equations in the quantitative part were used. In the qualitative part of the research, it was found that the categories were identified in the form of 17 categories and 79 concept codes and were placed in the heart of the six dimensions of the paradigm model. It was found that in order to change the lifestyle of athletes in four areas of sleep, nutrition, leisure and communication, which is affected by supportive, economic, family and individual factors; Guidelines such as training strategies, facilities and services, and finance can be adopted. The present research was designed with the aim of designing a model of factors affecting the success and continuity of private sports clubs: the foundation's data theory approach. This study was qualitative and based on the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin. The statistical population included sports club managers, experts and university professors (who have experience in managing sports clubs and supervising athletes) who were selected purposefully and until theoretical saturation was reached (20 people). The results of the research showed that 22 main categories and 274 conceptual codes were identified and placed in the heart of the 6 dimensions of the paradigm model. Causal conditions including competitiveness, sports customers and infrastructures; Land conditions including customer conditions, management factors and quality and quantity of service provision, intervening conditions including attitudinal factors, infrastructure conditions, economic conditions and equipment and sports and welfare facilities; Identified strategies include management development, customer orientation, interaction with customers, equipping and improving club services, financial support, evaluation system and club performance, and club stability, and the consequences include increasing customers, job creation, growth of sports businesses, income generation, and branding. Is. The obtained results can be used to improve the financial performance and the quantitative and qualitative development of sports clubs in the post-corona era and promote the development of sports and physical activity in society.

the main purpose of the research is to recognize the Development strategies for the sports of Palestra (Zurkhanic) and Pahlevani Wrestling and its consequences. The research was a qualitative one and in the spirit of explorative-basic kind. The study participants included all experts and Specialists in the matter who were selected using the Foundation data method that had taken part in national competitions and the executives in the 1401 who were 290 people. As a result of statistics model being limited, the samples were considered to have the same amount of quantity. In terms of quality based of open coding, pivotal and selective and in terms of quantity SPSS software was exerted.
Results: From a total of 18 interviews, 338 codes were distracted. After distillation of the similar codes and examining and juxtaposing them and thereafter the removal of all the repetitive concepts, 60 main concepts were identified, in which 13 main were classified.
Conclusion:
It could be stated that development and strengthening of this sport and promoting it requires the use and practice of optimal management and planning through strategies such as finance, content production manifestation of identity, etc.

The study is to design a crowd funding model for national sports projects. The research method was qualitative with a systematic exploratory approach (content analysis approach). The research participants included all knowledgeable people (managers, professors and finance experts). The sample was taken in sufficient numbers and by judgmental method based on theoretical saturation (20 people). The research tools included semi-structured exploratory interviews with library study. The validity of the tool and framework was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal validity and scientific competence of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method with a system analysis approach was used.
The results showed that the conceptual framework includes 89 components, 23 dimensions, 8 perspectives and 3 conceptual levels. In accordance with the general model and conceptual framework, the sequence of impact-effectiveness relationships between model variables was from the level of application contexts to the level of characteristics of the crowd funding system and the level of mechanisms and functions of crowd funding of sports projects, respectively.
Based on the findings, it can be said that the application of crowd funding for national sports projects first requires a comprehensive understanding of environmental (external) contexts and systemic (internal) characteristics and then its processes and consequences. Therefore, it is suggested to the executive, marketing and financial managers in sports projects that for mass financing of projects, contrary to the traditional approach, they should not focus only on its organizational aspects and with a systemic view to analyze the interaction between different factors from Participants, brokers and the space of partnership between the two.

The results showed that organizational culture training was effective and the mean scores of organizational culture, innovation and productivity in the post-test increased significantly. The effect of mediating the variable of innovation and components of attention to detail, boldness, risk-taking and stability of culture-building on the productivity of part-time manpower was (VAF<0/8, P=0/000); While the whole effect of organizational culture with the mediating role of innovation on productivity depended on the components of individual creativity, team orientation, attention to individuals and consequentialism (VAF>0/8, P=0/000).

The study is to design a conceptual model of professional development for managers in Iranian sports organizations. The research method was a qualitative type with a systematic heuristic approach. The statistical population consisted of two sections of human resources (managers, professors, educators, etc.) and information resources (books, articles, documents, media, etc.). The sampling was done in a sufficient number and with a judgmental method based on theoretical saturation (20 pepole and 57 file). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the instrument was evaluated and validated based on exemplary legal and scientific validity, expert opinion, and agreement between the examiners. To analyze the data, multi-stage conceptual coding with system analysis approach was used. The conceptual framework of the research consisted of 74 components, 16 dimensions and 6 levels. The levels of Model respectively influence on-from sequence of their variables including: Requirements of professionalism in sports management (2 dimensions), efficiency of sports managers training system (3 dimensions), professional development strategies (3 dimensions), professional capacity building system development (3 dimensions), professional development of sports managers (3 dimensions) and professional development functions of managers (2 dimensions).Based on the findings, it can be said that the professional development of sports managers is a systematic and strategic process that is influenced by external and internal requirements and leads to goal functions through efficiency and capacity building. Therefore, it is suggested to use the framework presented in this study to improve the process in Iranian sports organizations.
