Today, sustainable development and green management are considered by organizations from all angles. In this regard, human resource management should help organizations achieve green goals. Accordingly, this study deals with the effect of green human resource management on the sustainable development of the Ministry of Sports and is a descriptive correlation. The statistical population includes managers and employees of the Ministry of Sports, the population of which is about 1200 people, according to Morgan table, the sample size is 297 people. Measurement tools include green human resource management and sustainable development questionnaires and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess the reliability of variables and questionnaires. The data analysis method is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS25 and the research model was tested using structural equation modeling technique in Smart PLS 3 software. Findings show Green human resource management has a positive impact on sustainable development. The component of individual factors and green strategy with a strong impact of 0.329 and 0.656 have a positive effect on sustainable development and the component of knowledge of values, organizational factors and process have not been able to play an effective role on sustainable development. Comparison of standardized regression coefficients shows that the impact of green human resource management on sustainable social development is equal to 0.539, on the environmental dimension is equal to 0.534 and on the economic dimension is equal to 0.347 which has been relatively strong.
The results show that increasing the use of green human resource management components (awareness of methods, individual factors, organizational factors and green strategy process) has a positive effect on each dimension of sustainable development (social, economic and environmental).

The study is to evaluate the factors affecting organizational innovation in the Ministry of Sports and Youth in the current situation and desirable situation. The research is of applied-development one in the descriptive category of researches. The statistical community consists of 58 senior managers (managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, their deputies and provincial administrators of the Sports Youth Department) all of whom were selected as the whole sample. 50 people responded to the questionnaire and a sample of 50 people was considered. The research tool was Abbas Khamseh’s questionnaire (1392) about the innovation evaluation, which in total had a reliability coefficient of 0/99% with Cronbach’s alpha and its validity was confirmed by the judgment of 6 professors. The status of each of the factors was investigated by the use of dependent test. The result of the significant difference between the effective factors (organizational structure, organizational innovation management, organizational strategy and goals, education, organizational culture, employees, teamwork, rules, stakeholders, organizational capability and innovation system) on organizational innovation, based on the existing and desired status between senior managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth shows a significant level of P=0/0001. Among the evaluated components, organizational culture and teamwork are in a lower position than other components.

The study is to codify the effective strategies and consequences of sport for all sponsorship in Iran. Regarding the exploratory nature of the subject, qualitative research method was used. Theoretical saturation was achieved after 21 deep and semi-structured interviews with experts and managers of sport for all and sponsorship fields. Categories were identified after completing the process of coding and data abstraction. Purposive and snowball sampling was done until theoretical saturation. The data analysis was done in three steps: open, axial and selective coding by using MAXQDA software.
The open coding results indicated that 45 codes could affect the financial support of Iran's public sport. Then, in axial coding, the codes classified in 6 concepts contains development of attracting sponsors, infrastructure to attract sponsors, improving rules for sponsors, benefit from Expert Persons, interacting with the media and granting funds to sponsors. Two concepts classified for consequences contain the benefits of financial support for federation and benefits of financial support for sponsoring companies. According to the results, effective steps can be taken using the proposed strategies for the development of Sport for all.

The study is to identify and prioritize the indices of activation of the private sector in resistance economics in the national sport. This research was correlative and The statistical population of this study was elite sports management, including physical education faculty members and heads of sports federations, as well as selected directors and experts of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (N=450). Based on the Morgan table, 152 individuals were selected randomly by stratified sampling. In order to achieve the research objectives, a comprehensive list of components of privatization was prepared and adjusted and a researcher-made questionnaire was designed. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by 15 sports management professors and their reliability in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha 0/911 was calculated. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used by SPSS and Amos22 software.
The results showed that the main variables of economic, legal and cultural privatization ae of the ability to categorize 53 indicators. According to the general results of the research, it is suggested that the identified indicators such as pay subsidies to nongovernmental investors, the existence of economic stability and the improvement of certain processes and easy access to the private sector exercise (reducing a lot of bureaucracy) are used to make the process of privatization in the country easier and faster.

The purpose of this research was to design structural equation model of human resource management policies and outcomes in Ministry of Sports and Youth. Research method was Descriptive and correlation type. The statistical population was 466 experts who were working in Ministry of Sports and Youth. Using krejcie- Morgan table, the sample size was determined 214. However, due to need of adequate number of samples in structural equation modeling method, 320 questionnaires were distributed. 294 questionnaires (92%) were returned that considered as sample size. The research instruments included basic demographic information, human resource management policies questionnaire (researcher – made) and motivation questionnaire, organizational commitment questionnaire (Bozeman and Perrewé, 2001), cooperation (with director and co-worker) questionnaire (Lambooij, 2005 and Sanders & Van Emmerik, 2004) and job satisfaction (Linz, 2003). Content Validity of questionnaires was confirmed by sport management professors and reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To identify the dimensions of variables and the factor load and construct validity, exploratory factor analysis was used with varimax rotation. For data analysis some statistical techniques were used such as: test sampling adequacy (KMO) and Bartlett, Pearson correlation, regression, factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation modeling techniques with using SPSS and LISREL sortwares. Findings indicated: multiple regression coefficients between human resource management policies and outcomes were significant. Human resource management policies predicted 23 percent of variance of human resource management outcomes. The proposed research model had good fit in target population. Also, impact factor of human resource management policies and it’s dimensions on human resource management outputs was 0/67. Therefore, human resource management policies and its dimensions could explain the human resource management outcomes and its dimensions.

Managers can play an important role in guiding and leading organizations regarding their duties and authority and in knowledge management refers to the management tasks, roles and competencies. So, the aim of present study is to designing a core competencies pattern for appointment of middle sport managers in Iranian ministry of sports and youth. The main information gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire including competency components which was designed and edited by applying theoretical principles and frameworks. In order to make sure about validity of this questionnaire, an expert’s panel composed of management professors was applied. For testing its reliability, 30 questionnaires were completed and 95% Cronbach’s alpha was calculated which was an appropriate reliability coefficient for this study. Statistical population of this study was composed of all sport management professors in universities, chairman of the federations and also elected leaders and experts of the ministry of sports and youth (N=450). Due to the large population study class random sampling method was used (n=209). Data analysis of this study was done by the method of descriptive and inferential statistics and using factor analysis and Friedman’s ranking in Excel and SPSS software environments. Analysis results revealed the approval of 48 competency indications in 11 components and 4 dimensions. According to conclusion of this research ,it is recommended that the final model of research and identified indicators such as confidence, anticipation and foresight, evaluation and monitoring management performance and attitudes to creativity and innovation as criteria for appointment Middle Sport Managers in Iranian Ministry of sports and youth to good and proper rearing would be done at this level.
