The present study was conducted with the aim of providing a model of optimal governance in the structure of national championship sports. The research method is qualitative and based on data theorizing of the foundation. In this study, semi-structured interviews were used to collect information and data analysis was performed by Strauss and Corbin method and paradigm model. The statistical population of the study includes people with a history of management at the level of senior management of the country, experts and sports policy makers, professors of sports management who had articles or writings in the field of research that the opinions of 15 experts to reach theoretical saturation in full Unlikely and selected using theoretical targeted techniques and snowballs. The reliability of the interviews was 0.82 by intra-subject agreement study. A total of 214 conceptual propositions were created from open source and 12 axes from the process of communication between codes and 10 selected codes to develop the main phenomenon. The results showed ten factors of stable structure, equitable structure, democratic structure, network communication, structural homogeneity, strategic direction development, participatory decision-making, evaluation and monitoring, systemic perspective, supportive structure on the structure of national championship sports. has it. The present study was conducted with the aim of developing a model of organizational success in the Ministry of Sports and Youth with an emphasis on future thinking. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature; Which is done in the field. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The statistical population of the study included experts and elites familiar with the topics of organizational behavior and strategic management in sports organizations. Therefore, 14 people were selected for interview using the purposeful method. The intra-subject agreement method was used to confirm the reliability. Open, axial and selective coding were used to analyze the data. In this study, work skills, organizational drivers, are considered as causal conditions. Educational and infrastructure categories are considered as background conditions. Intra-organizational categories and strategic problems act as intervening conditions that improve the phenomenon under study. Foresight, improvement and control are considered as strategies that are adopted to control, manage and respond to the phenomenon under study. The categories of work ethic and performance and productivity are considered as the result of this model. In this regard, focusing on the model can lead to organizational success of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iran.

The purpose of this research was to design the national identity model of the country's sports heroes. The research method was conducted qualitatively using thematic analysis approach. A semi-structured interview was used to collect information and data analysis was done by King et al method. The participants in the research were physical education professors with a focus on sports management who were familiar with the subject of the research, 13 of whom were purposefully selected and interviewed. After the interview and data collection, open, central and selective coding was used to analyze the data. After the analysis, 158 primary concepts were extracted, and after editing and combining the items that had similar meaning, 32 secondary concepts were extracted as the final concepts. Finally, based on the secondary open codes, five social, political, cultural, religious and historical dimensions were introduced as dimensions of the national identity of the athletes. According to the results of the present research, it can be concluded that the athletes of our country should take steps towards the development and strengthening of the national identity by paying attention to the issues of national identity.

The purpose of the current research was to identify the economic drivers of the Iranian sports industry. The current research is practical in terms of purpose, and it is a type of survey method. The statistical population of the research who were selected based on purposive sampling was among all specialists and experts who had the necessary knowledge in the field of economics and sports marketing. Finally, 13 interviews were conducted with experts, and after conducting 11 interviews, the research reached theoretical saturation and no new information was obtained from the interviews. For collecting qualitative data, interviews with experts were conducted while for analyzing mutual effects, a researcher-made matrix questionnaire was used. For the first part of data processing, the Delphi technique was used and cross-analysis with Micmac software was used for the second part of the study. In data processing, the structural analysis method and the use of Mic Mac software were implemented. The results determined that nine future makers and drivers have the most effects on the country's sports industry, namely the development of facilities and infrastructures, development and expansion of social networks, legal development, development of sports products export companies, development of human resources, scientific and research development, institutional, structural and ownership development, development of fans and the resulting income, media development. In conclusion, the sports industry can be developed through the cooperation of political institutions, more advertisements, and support and encouragement plans.

The purpose of the research was to investigate the role of Elite Sports in creating a national brand and positive image of Iran in the world. Also, the current research is based on data search, has a qualitative nature and is based on data base theory and is of the type of applied research. The statistical population of the research was made up of 15 members of the academic faculty of the university in the department of sports management and marketing, directors of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the National Olympic Committee, elite athletes and coaches active in the field of championship sports. The interview with the statistical sample was selected purposefully. Based on the results of the analysis of the qualitative data obtained from the interview, the presentation of the final model includes: sports dimensions (4 core codes), performance dimensions (3 core codes), social dimensions (2 core codes), marketing dimensions (2 core codes), government dimensions (2 core codes), Media dimensions (2-axis codes) are tourism dimensions (2-axis codes). Therefore, it is suggested that, considering the effect of the cooperation between the diplomatic system and the sports system in setting up international sports agreements in developing a positive image of the country, it is suggested that each of the relevant organizations identify the limits of their authority, help and cooperate in moving forward and enter into more agreements with Other countries of the world should work more to develop a positive image of the country.
