Evidence suggests that in recent years football has been recognized as a promising discipline. So, managers face challenges due to the lack of a comprehensive plan for professional football and human resource development in this area. The research is to identify the factors influencing the design of a comprehensive professional curriculum in Iran. This research is an applied research method and is based on qualitative method using grounded theory. In order to identify the main factors, first, using the library studies and studying related articles, the main points were clarified. Then, the main factors were identified using the interviews. The statistical population of the study consisted of 7 instructors, 7 referees and 16 players. The participants were selected to identify and extract a range of information about the professional experience in football. They were selected by non-randomized snowball method and interviewed individually at the workplace. The number of individuals selected was based on theoretical saturation, and the person 21 was treated with repetitive cases and interviews were conducted by 30 people in order to ensure that the interview findings were continued. The data was analyzed using open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Finally, there are 7 categories (organizational factors, government factors, individual factors, behavioral factors, motivational factors, relationships among human resources, outcomes), 12 concepts (facilities and facilities, human resources, financial structure, planning and management, the role of government Role of the family, individual role, personality attitudes, course acquisition, motivation during the course, interpersonal relationships, negative outcomes, positive outcomes) were found to be important factors in providing a comprehensive professional football model.
It is suggested that the factors selected should be considered in order to design the professional model of football and the authorities should take steps to improve the status of human resources and career conditions.

The study is to investigate the role of trust in the manager, distributive justice and job confinement in the job transfer of physical education teachers in Tehran. It was a descriptive research based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of all male and female physical education teachers in Tehran in the 1397-98 academic year, whose number was 2152 people. The minimum sample size based on Cochran's formula was 326 people. The statistical sample was selected using stratified cluster sampling method from 19 education districts of Tehran. In this study, “Job confinement questionnaire” of Karsley et al. (2007), “Job transfer questionnaire” of Singh et al. (1996), “Questionnaire of manager” Lee et al. (2013) and the “Distributive justice questionnaire” of Niehoff et al. (1993) were used. To investigate the research model, path analysis was used by Smart PLS software version 3. The findings showed that the manager's trust was not of a significant effect on job transfer intention in the context of sports. The distributive justice was of a significant negative effect on job transfer intention in sports context at the level of 0/01.The job confinement was not of a moderating effect on the effect of manager's trust on the intention of job transfer in the context of sport. Ihe occupational confinement was of a significant moderating role in the effect of distributive justice on job transfer intention in the context of sport. Therefore, it is suggested that job confinement be considered as one of the important job structures in the Ministry of Education.

The research is to present a model for future studies of the presence of women at the level of Iranian sports management. The research methodology in terms of level was strategic; in terms of type was qualitative; in terms of strategy was process; in terms of purpose was functional and in terms of time was prospective. The statistical population consisted of two sections: human society (18 people) and information society (39 copies). The research tool consisted of three methods of library study, interview and Delphi technique. The validity of the tools was evaluated based on the scientific and legal credibility of the sample, content evaluation of specialists and the coefficients of agreement between the desired experts. Coding and conceptual analysis methods were used to analyze the findings. The results showed that there were significant gaps between current and desired status identified capacity management (organizational posts, seats and membership). Decisive factors are categorized by two approaches: A) system analysis including the factors of progression, processes and outcomes; (B) Surface analysis including individual, occupational, organizational and environmental factors. Future perspectives on women's sport management in Iran was investigated in the last three perspectives of the past, present and future and two theoretical and executive sections. Finally, the prospect model was outlined based on the necessary measures and considerations to improve the status of women in sports management in the country at five levels: challenges, capabilities, strategies, performance, and outcomes. Based on the findings, it can be said that the possible future for women's role in the sport of the country is more than relative and case improvement in some dimensions and indices, in order to desirable future of the whole dimensions and processes of the system under discussion. It is suggested that opportunities be created for the establishment of women's sports centers in order to be aware of the potential and the potential of the present.
