The present study aims to propose a model for institutionalizing physical activity among housewives and employed women in Tehran. This applied research adopts an exploratory approach and utilizes grounded theory based on Strauss and Corbin's methodology. The research population includes experts and specialists in women’s sports, female sports authorities, and housewives and employed women from various districts of Tehran. A non-random, purposeful sampling method, specifically the snowball technique, was used to conduct in-depth interviews until theoretical saturation was achieved (after 36 interviews). Data analysis was carried out through open, axial, and selective coding. As a result, 714 open codes were identified, which were further refined into 161 concepts grouped under 22 categories. Based on the findings, it is recommended that institutions and organizations responsible for promoting physical activity implement the proposed model by addressing causal conditions, creating supportive environments, enhancing positive intervening factors, and managing negative intervening factors. By doing so, the institutionalization of physical activity among housewives and employed women in Tehran can be realized, allowing them to benefit from the outcomes of this initiative.

Due to the importance of strategic planning in the development of various categories, including sports, the need to pay attention to this important issue in our country is more and more necessary for the country's officials. Therefore, the study is to identify the indicators of the strategic control program in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method was qualitative (Grounded theory). The data collection tool was through in-depth and semi-structured interviews. After conducting 15 interviews with experts, the codes reached theoretical saturation. The data analysis was performed simultaneously using the apparent approach of Glaser (1978). By performing a three-step coding process (Open coding, Selective coding and Substantive coding), 84 non-repetitive initial codes were obtained for the strategic control program in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which were classified into 23 categories.
The results of the coding showed that the strategic control program in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on four factors: 1) deterrent, 2) facilitator, 3) developer and 4) outcome. Therefore, when the mechanism of action of these factors is properly identified and diagnosed, we can see the growth of the strategic control program in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to the obtained results, it is suggested that they always pay attention to strategic control at all levels. One of the most important strategies for the successful implementation of comprehensive and dynamic strategic control in the organization is to internalize control or, in other words, to promote a culture of self-control among all members of the ministry.

The purpose of this study is to develop a strategic plan for the Iranian Football Referees Committee. The present research method was of strategic and field studies, which was performed in the field and in a descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of the study consisted of two qualitative and quantitative sections. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through the opinion of professors and experts and reliability (with 93% Cronbach's alpha test). After analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, it was decided to form an evaluation matrix for each of the internal and external factors. Six competitive strategies, one conservative strategy and two defensive strategies have been proposed to turn weaknesses into strengths and threats into opportunities for the development of the Football Federation's refereeing committee. Based on the evaluation of the strategies of the Football Federation Referees Committee in the Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), the strategy of establishing a service compensation system was selected as the best strategy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the state of Iranian youth football development based on the Grassroots football program. The method of this research is descriptive-survey and it is a type of applied study that has been accomplished in field. The statistic population of study included officials of the Football Federation and National Football Center, top football schools managers and top youth football coaches of Iran (170 persons). According to the Morgan sampling table, 118 persons were selected as the statistical sample. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire and a standard check-list were used. The validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by the experts and its reliability was determined 0.91 based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In order to analyze data, descriptive statistic methods, Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, One-sample t-test and Friedman distribution were used by SPSS-22. The results indicate that in all components, Iranian youth football does not have a desirable status. Also, the prioritization of the components showed that the highest rank was related to the knowledge of coaches and the lowest rank was related to the financial and marketing. Therefore, the most important practical actions are preparation of the Grassroots' Charter, launching of e-learning opportunities, approval of the monopoly budget, investments in the Grassroots' facilities and equipment development plans, using of sponsors' assistance and the promotion of philosophy and activities of Grassroots football.

This research is aimed at analyzing the role of government in developing the use of green energy in sport facilities. The research is of exploratory mixed type. In qualitative part, meta-synthesis method was used for recognizing the dimensions of the government’s role on development of the use of renewable energy. In quantitative part, first the validity of the model was approved based on the experts’ survey and then, fitness of the model was checked by confirmatory factor analysis. In meta-synthesis phase, the studied population included the relevant theses and research papers (35 cases); in experts’ survey, the population included 7 experts of renewable energy area, and in factor analysis phase, the population included the mangers and experts of Renewable Energy Organization, managers of the companies working in the area of renewable energies, managers and experts of the Organization of Developing and Equipping Sport Facilities and subsidiary departments, and the experts of renewable energy area (676 people). In the first and second phases, sampling method was total population, and in factor analysis phase, the sampling was done by stratified method and 240 people were selected based on Morgan table. Meta-synthesis findings showed that government affects the development of the use of green energy in sport facilities through the political system, energy policies and strategies, its economic situation, governmental support, and the structure of the energy sector. Validity of the model was obtained as 0.893 by sigma counting method.
