Nowadays, development of trekking and mountaineering tourism is broadly important, therefore it is highly noticeable to consider service quality to enhance tourist’s satisfaction. The aim of this study is codifying paradigm pattern of service quality in trekking and mountaineering tourism. Methods- This is an applied research and systematic method of Grounded Theory is used to achieve the goal. Data collection is obtained from theoretical bases, documentation and semi-structured interviews. Participants were 25 from professors and professional and amateur mountaineers. Results- According Strauss and Corbin (1998), the results are: 1- Casual conditions are categorized to: Legal Requirements, Environmental and Managerial Requirements, Competitive Environment, Necessity to Extend the Communication, Branding, Stakeholders’ Expectations, and Major Policies of the Country. 2- Context is categorized to: Infrastructures, Communications and Information Technology, The Facts of Trekking and Mountaineering, Planning and Human Resources Management. 3- Intervening Conditions are categorized to: Conditions of Competitors, Local Conditions, Political Conditions, Economic Conditions, Environmental conditions, Social/ Cultural Conditions, Legal Factors and Supervising them, and Attitudes of Employees, managers and stakeholders. 4- Strategies are categorized to: Sustainable Development, Informing Tourists, Improvement of Management and Processes, Development of Human Resources, Advertising and Branding, Promoting Customer-Orientation, Strengthening Interactions and Culture, Developing Infrastructures and Technology. 5- Consequences are categorized to: Economic Development, Marketing Consequences, Cultural Development and Communication Improvement, Sustainable Development in Trekking and Mountaineering Tourism, Increasing number of Tourists, and Enhancing Tourist Satisfaction. Discussion- The government should help related organizations to introduce and facilitate usage of potential places to keep environment green and safe.

The purpose of this research is to Development of Strategic Map of Elite Iranian Sports. In terms of the method of collecting information, the present research was of a mixed type (qualitative and quantitative), in which the required information was obtained in the qualitative part by using individual interviews and the strategic council, and in the quantitative part by using special matrices of strategic studies and pairwise comparison questionnaires. The members of the strategic council included 14 university faculty members, heads of sports federations, managers and deputies of the Ministry of Sports, officials of the National Olympic Committee, general managers of sports and youth in the provinces, elite athletes in selected sports, coaches and referees. In order to analyze and quantitatively analyze the information, as well as obtain more accurate information about the verification of the framework, starting from the study of the theoretical foundations and the background of the research, and by preparing an interview guide, conducting qualitative interviews and analyzing it, using the structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) technique. Using the structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) technique, the strategic map of the country's championship sports was compiled and 11 strategies counted in 5 levels were included in the strategic map of the championship sports.

Regarding to changing and complicated aspects of championship environment, the strategic plans are of important priority in sport organizations and federations. The study is to codify the strategic plan of Iran’s Table Tennis Federation using A’WOT approach. Therefore, this research was applicable that used Mix method with strategic studies procedures. In this research, we write the strategies of federation using strategic council opinions, studying documents and applying common strategic matrixes. The members of strategic council were 27 representatives from key stakeholders of federation, such as board members, media, athletes, employees and so on. For scanning the internal environment, resources and duties were studied and for external environment, PESTLE scan and Five Porter elements have been used and then using IFE and EFE matrixes, the defensive strategic situation have been recognized. After that by TOWS matrix, members codified 4 SO, 1 ST, 3Wo and 4 WT strategies and finally using AHP, the Key Performances Areas (KPAs) have been prioritized and also the strategies of each area. First strategy was reinforcement the international relationship by foreign coaches, leagues and clubs and second was to make research-based all processes and activities of the federation.
