This study aimed to investigate Identification and Model of e-Business in Iranian Sport Tourism. the research method was derived from grounded theory for explaining and analyzing findings from exploratory interviews. The study population was the Professors, top startup managers in the field of tourism and managers of Iran sports tourism association, touring & automobile club of the Iran, IFTGA, and electronic business expert’s ministry of cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism. The sampling method was a combination of purposeful sampling and snowball. The research tool included an open source interview. In the data analysis phase, the content analysis and counts of the themes were employed in open, axial and selective coding stages. Referring to the literature and exploration, e-Business in Iranian sport tourism as a pivotal phenomenon. Results showed that e-Business in Iranian sport tourism is multi-faceted conception that has a set of context conditions, intervening conditions, features, and capabilities, causal conditions, strategies and consequences and in today's world, if E-business sports tourism will not succeed if they are not equipped with this skill. Therefore unified process, development Information communication technology infrastructure, support and provision of necessary grounds by the government, educating citizens, e-business use of technology, coordination and interaction with customers and stakeholders and the development of culture, the use of e-business in the field of sports tourism, they can help in the development and codification of e-business and sports tourism

Brand resonance is an indicator that determines the relationship between the customer and the brand and also the amount of emotions that customers establish in their minds with the brand or the amount of harmony and harmony they feel between themselves and the brand. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the brand of Iranian Premier Football League. The method of the present research is qualitative and exploratory. The statistical population included university professors in the field of sports marketing and managers of domestic sports brands. The field of study and having scientific writings related to the brand, having managerial positions and executive experiences in the field of sports brand were among the criteria for selecting the initial list of experts. Sampling method was used as non-probability sampling, with purposeful selection and with maximum variability or heterogeneity. The sample size in this study was 14 based on the theoretical saturation index. The interview measurement tool was open and was analyzed based on three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Based on the analysis of 73 basic concepts, 13 main categories were identified. The results of this research can lead to the recognition of this league, attracting more capital, the desire of better and quality teams to participate in the league, the presence of stronger foreign players, higher media desire, more loyal fans and finally earning higher income for the league and The Football Federation will.

Acquiring hosting an event can be formed if the necessary conditions for holding that event are provided in the target country which requires recognizing the required factors and infrastructure, so the purpose of this study was to develop a model of effective factors in hosting the Olympic Games.research method was practical in terms of nature, qualitatively in terms of strategy by the data foundation method with the approach of Strauss and Corbin through semi-structured in-depth interviews. The statistical population consisted of elites in the field of sporting events and the organizers of the Olympics in Germany, in which 15 people were selected by purposive sampling and theoretical saturation. Qualitative trust was calculated and confirmed by the GABA 4-step method and the validity of the interview protocol, by the percentage of agreement between the two coders, 86.12. Finally, the extracted factors included 229 components (open source), 141 dimensions (central code) in the form of 18 factors from library resources and opinions of managers and experts (interviews). These 18 main factors are the characteristics of physical infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, sports infrastructure, economic infrastructure, management infrastructure, political-legal infrastructure, financial-environmental infrastructure, technological infrastructure, infrastructure Facades and buildings were spectator-related infrastructures, marketing and sales infrastructures, structural infrastructures, environmental infrastructures, structural-organizational strategies, human strategies, technical-executive strategies, primary and secondary consequences. According to the research results, the framework presented in this research is effective in providing the infrastructure for hosting the Olympics for different countries in order to develop a hosting strategy and planning for hosting.

The aim of this study was to determine the causal conditions affecting on physical, skills, and motivational needs of female volleyball players of the Iranian national youth team.The present research method is qualitative and based on the grounded theory with a systematic approach. The statistical population included coaches, technical staff and players of the Iranian women's national youth volleyball team and some senior members of the Federation and aware people in this field. Data collection was continued until the theoretical saturation and 15 semi-structured sessions were performed. The three-step open, axial, and selective coding were exerted to analyze data method using ATLAS.TI software. Based on the results, the policies of the Federation and the Ministry of Sports as causal conditions affecting the recognition of needs, under the influence of underlying conditions such as management and infrastructure and intervention factors such as lack of attention of managers and lack of resources and facilities can ultimately lead to consequences such as the development of women's volleyball in Iran through strategies such as interacting with stakeholders and providing the necessary conditions and facilities. Improving the quality and quantity of players, as well as advancing the team, required items that meet the physical, skills, and motivational needs of female volleyball players. These conditions can affect the context of the team by identifying and carefully examining the needs of the players and related matters in the women's community, and lead to the development and progress of each player and the associated success for the team.

The purpose of this study was designing the match day revenue model for the Iranian football clubs. The method was qualitative. The statistical population was all knowledgeable people in the sport marketing, football club managers and football federation executives. Sampling was theoretically conducted and interviews continued until saturation with total number of 15 interviewees. The sampling method was purposeful. The instrument used to collect data in this study was open interviews. The interview questions were open-ended. Coding Paradigm was used to analyze the data. The results showed the identification of 18 categories and 67 concepts. Categories were categorized according to the Strauss and Corbin paradigm model in the axes of causal conditions, grounded theory, intervening conditions, action and reaction strategies, and consequences. The results of the research indicate that privatization, increasing the quality of services and trying to bring fans closer to the club, will increase direct and indirect income as well as promote the club's brand. Since the progress and development of the country's football depends on income, so football decision-makers in Iran are advised to help stadiums to achieve maximum income on the day of the match by handing over stadiums to football clubs.

The issue of technology and innovation of sports organizations in the contemporary era is evaluated as an effective process on the performance of the organization. The purpose of this study was to develop a model of an innovative sports organization in order to realize the vision document of Iran 1404 and its relationship with the performance of selected sports organizations. The research method in the qualitative part was interview with emphasis on phenomenological method and the quantitative part was with a questionnaire and descriptive-survey type. In the qualitative part, sampling was performed using the snowball method by 10 elites and three coding steps (open, axial and selective) were performed. In order to answer the questionnaire, 324 students and professors of sports management used non-random sampling method. SPSS software and PLS software were used in small quantities. Results: Effective solutions have a positive and significant effect on effective factors and a negative and significant effect on barriers. Obstacles also have a negative and significant impact on the effective factors and the model of an innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document. Finally, the results showed that the effective factors have a significant impact on the model of the innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document. Also, the customer perspective is the financial perspective, the perspective of internal processes, the perspective of learning and growth and performance of sports organizations. Therefore, it can be said that the innovative sports organization There is a connection.

Digital transformation has become a fundamental issue in today's society and has changed the general form of sports participation. Considering the importance of recreational sports, this type of development can play an important role in people's participation in these activities. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize effective factors in designing a digital transformation model in recreational sports activities at the community level. The research was an applied research, which was conducted with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative)approach, in the period from April 2022 to December 2022. Exploratory qualitative research method was carried out using Grounded theory and Glazer's approach.Quantitative research method of correlation type and using structural equations approach was carried out. The participants included 11 people who were selected from university professors, information technology specialists and activists in this field, using a targeted method. Then the factors were categorized and classified using open, central and selective coding. According to the prioritization done in this research, in the order of digital transformation processes with a weight of 0.360 in the first priority, basic infrastructure with a weight of 0.248 in the second priority, digital environment with a weight of 0.168 in the third priority, Facilitators were placed with a weight of 0.087.It is suggested that according to the priority obtained for the design of the digital transformation model in recreational sports,the found processes should be reviewed and revised first, then the necessary infrastructures for the development of digital transformation in recreational sports should be provided by the stakeholders.

The study is to design a multilevel model for managerial factors affecting the sports clubs of the players in the Premier Basketball League. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). 142 basketball players in 13 Premier League teams along with their technical staff and 19 basketball experts were selected as samples to identify the management factors affecting basketball clubs and present the ISM model. The desired factors were identified by meta-combination method and the relationship between them were determined using structural-interpretive modeling. The data analysis was performed using exploratory factor analysis and Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) by MICMAC method.The results showed that the factors affecting the player-rearing clubs include 35 elements and 7 general components which explain 62% of the variance of factors affecting the player-rearing clubs. According to MICMAC structural analysis, the club's desire for rearing player and its ability to attract more capital have been influenced by other factors and they are influenced and dependent elements from a systemic point of view. The factors of club branding and environmental interaction are in the category of independent variables that are of low influence and dependency. Government strategies, infrastructures and equipment are key barriers for player-rearing clubs with high influence and low dependency. Based on the results, the seven components that can enhance the success of the club by emphasizing the process of identifying, talenting and training players, in a systemic approach, form a system in which components affect and support each other.

According to the research results, effective strategies in creating an innovative sports organization, the effect of a positive and significant effect on the effective factors in creating an innovative sports organization (β=0/226, p=0/005) and a negative and significant effect on obstacles to creating an innovative sports organization (β=0/756, p=0/001). Also, the obstacles to creating an innovative sports organization are of a negative and significant effect on the effective factors in creating an innovative sports organization (β=-0/232, p= 0/001) and the model of an innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document (β=-0/626, p=0/001). Finally, the results showed that the effective factors in creating an innovative sports organization have a positive and significant effect on the model of an innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document (β=0/489, p=0/001).
As a result, it can be said that there is a relationship between the innovative sports organization in order to realize the vision document of Iran 1404 with the performance of selected sports organizations and its components.

The study is to design and test a model for the application of sports research in the Iran. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all professors and managers of the country in sports science. The statistical sample was estimated to be sufficient for modeling in smart pls software and was selected by judgmental sampling method (162 people). The research tool was a questionnaire extracted from the systematic qualitative stage. The validity of the instrument was evaluated and confirmed by experts (content validity) and model fit indices (reliability and validity of the structure). Four conceptual levels of model and dimensions were: Ecosystem (capacities of scientific system, development of sports system and scientific developments of international sports), system (capabilities of executive department, industry, sports scientific system), structural (research management, provision of resources, research services and research development) and functional (usability, Scope and consequences of application).
The results showed that based on the results of factor analysis and measurement models, the dimensions of the model variables were significantly explained. The results of path analysis also showed that the relationships between model variables were significant. The fitting indices were also approved at the desired level.
Based on the results, it is suggested to the management of research units in sports organizations (Research Committee of Organizations, University Sports Sciences, etc.) to define the application of sports research as a systematic and strategic flow and at the same time to improve capabilities. Applicability of sports research to build capacity in the scientific, executive, industrial and social environment of sports.

The study is to design a model for the impact of human resources activities on job performance of selected sport organization‘s teleworkers. It was a post-positivism, quantitative, descriptive survey. The hypothesis were casual. The statistical population consisted of teleworkers of youth affairs and sport ministry and its related organization and agents. For sampling, the simple random sampling method was used. Minimum sample size by Cochran formula was determined 280 which 225 of them were relapsed and at the end, 210 questioner were analyzed by preprocessing. To collect the data, “Demographic Information”, “Human Resources Activities Related to Teleworking in Organization” and Hery Goldsmith’s “Job Performance” questioners were used. The face and content validity of questioners were confirmed by sport management professors. The reliability of human resources activities and job performance questioners were respectively %84 and%88 by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient.
The findings showed human resources activities related to teleworking were of a positive significant effect on job teleworker's job performance of youth affairs and sport ministry and its related organization and institution. As well as teleworker's job profile, performance appraisal, recruit, and training had a high contribution on human resource activities. Teleworker’s training and performance appraisal were of a moderate contribution on prediction of job performance behavior. Recruit and human resources activities’ characteristics had high role in prediction of job performance behavior. Service compulsory of teleworkers and job profile were of a very poor contribution on prediction of job performance behavior. Finally, GOF=40/7 represented good and desirable fitness.

Nowadays, globalization has doubled the importance of competitiveness in the sportswear industry. Many Iranian sportswear brands are not active in international trade because of their inability to compete with foreign brands. Therefore, this research aims to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the competitiveness of Iranian sportswear brands to enter international markets. This study used a mixed-methods (qualitative-quantitative) research design. The statistical population consisted of academics and experts active in sportswear exports. The sample included fifteen people from the first group selected by the snowball sampling method and fifteen people from the second group chosen by the purposive sampling approach. Effective factors were identified by a field study, and the conceptual model was presented after the factors were confirmed in the second round of the Delphi technique. Then, the factors were prioritized using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) as (1) exports, (2) brand differentiation, (3) brand equity, (4) marketing orientation, and (5) strategic orientation, respectively.The results indicated that exchange rate regulation and inflation control by the government, along with producing exclusive products and creating emotional relations between the brand and customers, increases the firm’s competitiveness. Brand owners should also pay particular attention to competitors’ activities and incorporate product competitiveness enhancement into their organizational goals.

The study is to design a model for evaluating the performance of human resource management in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. In this research, the data theory method of the Systematic Approach Foundation was used. The statistical population was sports experts who were selected using purposive sampling method in order to achieving theoretical saturation. In this technique, an initial group was selected to interview and then the next groups were introduced to interview by the same group and sampling continued until the research reached theoretical saturation and adequacy- after 14 interviews, theoretical saturation was obtained. In this study, a semi-structured interview was used to collect data in the qualitative section.
Finally, three overlapping processes of open coding, axial coding and theoretical coding were used to analyze the data. Based on the findings, 85 open source and 21 code-centric were counted, which were classified into causal, contextual, intervening, strategic, consequences and central categories.
The results showed that the human resource management in the Ministry of Sports and Youth should be aware of the performance of their human resources and to identify their strengths and weaknesses.

Risk management is essential in maintaining the safety of sports venues and providing a conducive environment for sports. Given the importance of athletes' activities in a safe environment, the implementation of risk management model in sports venues should be a priority. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a risk management model in sports venues in Iran. This research was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). In order to identify the factors, the main angles were first identified using library studies and related articles. Then, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 experts and professors in the field of sports and development and equipping sports venues and managers. Factors were classified into 4 categories, 8 concepts and 91 symbols. Then the factors were prioritized using ANP technique. The correlation between the variables was confirmed and finally the risk management model in sports venues was presented. Findings showed that the implementation of risk management model of sports facilities in the country is important and necessary and it is suggested that officials and managers to use the proposed model to implement a risk management program to provide a safe environment for athletes.

The present study has aimed to determine the intermediary role of the social capital in the cooperative work effect on the psychological empowerment of the Iranian Ministry of Sports and Youth. The statistical society of this study involves 831 people as the entire staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Thesample group under the study includesrandomly selected 250 people using Morgan's table procedure. A standard questionnaire was used for measuring variables that its validity was confirmed by 8 physical education specialists in the field of sports management and its reliability was obtained in a preliminary study using Cronbach's alpha test more than 0.7. The partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-EM) is employed in order to analyze the variables. The relationship between the effective cooperation and the social capital seem to have a positive and direct impact on the psychological empowerment of the staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. Also، the research results indicate that the social capital can affect the psychological empowerment indirectly. Based on the findings، the Ministry of Sports and Youth Management is recommended to focus on each aspect of the psychological capital through staff participation in organizational decisions،the increase of social cohesion and social capital in the organization and the amount of capital in order toenhance the organization's psychological well-being as well as performance in the organization

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل توسعه روابط بین الملل از طریق ورزش انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری روسای فدراسیونهای المپیکی، سیاستمداران و صاحبنظران و خبرگان علمی که در امور بین الملل فعالیت داشته اند بود و جهت نمونهگیری برای انجام مصاحبههای عمیق از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده شد و نمونهگیری تا جایی تداوم یافت که پژوهش به اشباع نظری و کفایت رسید (19 نفر). سؤالات این مصاحبه به صورت باز و کلی و بر مبنای اهداف تحقیق تعیین شد در این تحقیق برای اندازهگیری روایی و پایایی ابزار تحقیق از معیارهای «گوبا» و «لینکلن» استفاده شد. ابزار اندازهگیری مصاحبه باز بود و بر مبنای سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شد. لازم به ذکر است این تحلیل با کمک نرمافزار MAXQDA نسخه 2020 انجام شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که تعداد مفهوم های مستخرج برابر با 109 کد بود که در زیرمجموعه 18 مولفه قرار گرفتند که در نهایت زیرشاخه های مدل داده بنیاد با رویکرد استراوس و کوربین را تشکیل داده و که الگوی بدست آمده با شکل اصلی الگوی پارادایمی استراوس و کوربین تطابق دارد.

The purpose of study was to test the Endorsement model of sports celebrities. The present study was a descriptive correlational study based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study consisted of consumers who had bought Mihan Company's dairy products (products that were certified by athletes such as Seyed Mehdi Rahmati and Mehdi Mahdavi Kia). In this study, the sample size was estimated based on the number of parameters in the 360-person model, which were selected by convenience sampling. Content validity and construct validity were used to ensure the validity of the instruments used, Cronbach's alpha was used to ensure their reliability, and structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the credibility of the source directly (β = 0.176, P = 0.001) has an effect on the intention to purchase a certified brand. In addition, source credibility indirectly affects the intention to purchase a certified brand (β = 0.249, P = 0.001) through brand attitude and brand trust. It was also found that attitude towards the brand directly affects the intention to buy a certified brand (β = 0.459, P = 0.001), while the effect of brand credibility directly affects the intention to buy a valid brand. Not confirmed (β = 0.095, P = 0.144). Finally, it was found that the mental conflict was the relationship between brand credibility (β = -0.141, P = 0.001), brand attitude (β = 0.102, P = 0.014) and intention to buy a certified brand adjusts meaning.

The study is to identify the causative conditions which affect the recognition of the athletic talents of sports schools in Sama Schools in Iran. The method of the research was of a qualitative type (grounded theory) and the data collection was done through via interviewing and literature reviewreviewing the research backgrounds. The statistical population was included the experts of the field of talent finder and some of the senior managers and decision makers of primary Sama schools. The research sample was determined theoretically and after the 15 interviews, the framework of the theory was formed. The data analysis was performed using three open, axial and selective coding steps and using Atlas.Ti software version 5/2. Based on the results, the causal conditions affecting the recognition of these needs can be categorized in seven indicators: identification of Sama organization structure, facilities and resources, Sama SAMA policies, comprehensive monitoring system, identification of effective communication, motivational issues and different look at strategies.In order to understand the educational skills as well as the development of schools for this purpose, it is necessary to identify some of the causal conditions for satisfying and facilitating conditions in the same way in all Sama SAMA units throughout the country. These conditions can be influenced by the recognition of the exact needs of schools and students in this regard, leading to the development of progress in identifying talent and gaining its success in schools and, of course, the development of the entire country's sport To make.

This study is to design a model of a comprehensive system of club football in Iran. Accordingly, this research has been done through qualitative method and using data theory. Purposive sampling was performed with 25 sport management professors, experts and athletes and theoretical saturation. The data analysis of the interviews was coded in accordance with the research strategy in three stages. NVIVO software was used in coding. The results showed that the proposed model and model of research in the framework of the football club system in the country, consisting of 14 core categories of destructive defects, attention to infrastructure, leadership, privatization, human resources development, legal and regulatory aspects, tax system, club ownership, understanding of the environment, education, ethics and culture, sponsorship, television broadcasting and stock exchange have been achieved through a combination of approximately 77 basic concepts. Accordingly, a comprehensive system of club football in football as a core issue based on causal management, financial, environmental and legal conditions and through club ownership and management strategies, formulation and monitoring system, club business registration, management Media, marketing and recruiting of skilled and specialized human resources is achieved through the privatization of clubs and realizing financial consequences such as increased income and employment, sense of belonging to the club, consolidation of management plans, limiting political interference and raising professional standards.

The study is to provide a framework for ticket sales for mega sport events in Iran. The research method was Grounded Theory, which was conducted in the form of interviews and content and structural analysis of interviews by Strauss and Corbin method. In order to gather the expert information, the Sports Federation Marketing Committee Officers, Sports Club Marketing Committee Officers, Ticketing Experts, University Professors and Experts totally 11 persons selected in a purposeful and judgmental manner as the sample and interviews continued until theoretical saturation. On the basis of the paradigm model components, 8 causal factors, 4 contextual and contextual factors, 7 intervening factors and 8 strategic factors were identified. Finally, the results showed having a ticketing framework for mega sport events will be of cross-sectional(profitability and earn money)and long-term (creating social demand and increasing the number of spectators, attracting more financial sponsors and income security) consequences.
According to the research paradigm model, it can be more profitable through culture building, outsourcing, sales strategy, utilizing consulting services, pricing, human resources empowerment, making and transparency measures in the direction of providing a ticketing framework in mega sport events and in the long we will see creating social demands, event security and increasing the number of spectators.

The study is to identify the strategic situation of Equestrian Federation in Iran and present its plans and developmental strategies. So, identifying the strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats of Equestrian Federation in Islamic Republic of Iran, was investigated as a special purpose. Accordingly, the present research has focused on the types of applied-developmental researches and based on the subject and objectives, a descriptive survey of the field was conducted analytically by collecting the field form strategic studies. The statistical population of the research included all the members of the board of directors and chairmen of the committees of the Equestrian Federation, the university elites and experts of the federation, which according to the limited number of research community, sampling was done as a whole(N=n=62). To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used based on SWOT's strategic planning model. In total, 2 questionnaires were used including personal characteristics questionnaire and a questionnaire to determine the impact of strength, weakness, opportunity and threats of Islamic Republic of Iran Federation for Equestrian.
The content validity of the questionnaires was approved after applying the views of sports management professors and academic experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient more than α = 0/8. Then Friedman and Khy-2 tests were used to prioritize strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. For other items in strategic planning, strategic analysis, in particular SWOT analysis, was used in terms of topic.
The results showed that there was a significant difference between prioritizing strengths, weaknesses, prioritizing opportunities and prioritizing the threats of Islamic Republic of Iran Federation for Equestrian from the viewpoint of the research sample. In general, 8 strengths, 13 weaknesses, 9 opportunities and 8 threats were identified. According to the results of the internal and external matrix, the position of Islamic Republic of Iran Federation for Equestrian is located in the conservative competitive zone (WO), for which five strategies were developed.

The study is to identify the causal conditions that affect the development of the capabilities of elite managers in selected sport organizations in Iran. The methodology in this research is qualitative (Grounded Theory) and data collection was done through interviewing and reviewing the literature. The statistical population of the research includes the scientific elites and sports elites in physical education and sport sciences- active in selected sports organizations in the country. The research sample was determined theoretically and after the 17 interviews, the framework of the theory was formed. Data analysis was performed using three open, axial and selective coding steps with using Atlas.Ti software version 5.2. Based on the results of the research, the conditions affecting on the establishment and development of the capabilities of elite managers in selected sport organizations of the country were extracted in seven indices. These factors include identification of organizational factors, resource management, performance management and communication within and outside the organization, comprehensive monitoring system, attention to motivational issues and a different look at the strategies identified in the organization. The results showed that in order to promote sports organizations and advance targets by human resources, it is necessary to identify some of the causal conditions for developing managers' capabilities. These conditions can be exploited by identifying and exploring the factors relevant to the organization and its affiliated groups in the community, and will lead to the development of managers' capabilities and other related developments.

The study is to investigating the effect of organizational intelligence on productivity through IT mediation in sports and youth departments. The present research is an applied research type and a correlation study. The statistical population includes all employees (1300) of sports and youth departments in 1397. In this research, using multi-stage cluster sampling method, 280 of them were randomly selected as samples. Data were collected by Albrecht's Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire, Hanafizadeh's Information Technology and Productivity (Achieve Model) Hersey and Blanchard and Goldsmith. To investigate and analyze these variables simultaneously, structural equation modeling using causal modeling in Amos software with α = 0.01 and at a significant level of 99% was used. The findings showed that, organizational intelligence and information technology have a positive and significant effect on productivity with the standardized coefficients of 0.27, 0.83, .Also the coefficient of influence of the organizational intelligence on the mediating variable (information technology) is 0.66 and the effect of the mediating variable on productivity is 0.83. The indirect effect of the organizational intelligence variable on productivity was 0.547, which means that organizational intelligence has meaningful and indirect effect on productivity through the intermediate variable of IT.

The purpose of this research is to identify challenges in the fields of athletics and sports experts and sport elites opinions and priorities about Olympic Medalist Sports. This study used a combination of research methods (qualitative- descriptive) and semi-structured interviews as the methods of measurement. 19 experts in the sports management (athletes, coaches and administrators) were interviewed on survey phase of the country and sports,. The relative number of the 700 people who were randomly selected 260 subjects. Semi-structured interviews were used to define the research instrument, a questionnaire of 87 questions to prioritize and compare the views of an elite athlete respectively. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. Also reliability using Cronbach's alpha (86/0 = α) was confirmed in the interviews and analyzing the data to identify the components and challenges in the navigation through the views and opinions of coding and saturation using spss software. The descriptive statistics of tables, relative frequency, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistical methods for prioritization and the Friedman ANOVA and Scheffe post hoc test were used for comparison of elite opinion. The results of the first study showed the challenge for the championship in the sport in Olympic medalist sports as: facilities, talent, management, training and mentoring, education, mass media, sports, business, academia and research, motivation, support legal, cultural and political. Challenges can be investigated and 87 were identified in these areas. The results of the study showed the role of talent-finding and nurturing talent, media, economy and the challenges of sports equipment Olympic medalist sports champion from the sports elite point of view. According to the elite sports talent in the state, component of challenges in Olympic medalist sports athletics are the media, education, legal protection, although no significant difference was observed.
