Introduction: The growth of the global phenomenon of esports has created new opportunities and constraints for citizen participation. However, these constraints limit widespread public participation. This study examines the barriers to citizen participation by analyzing three groups of constraints (intrapersonal, interpersonal, and structural) based on Crawford’s model. The intrapersonal domain includes educational, psychological, and physiological constraints. These factors are related to the individual’s self-perception, emotional issues, and personal circumstances. Interpersonal constraints include social factors such as family support, virtual environments, team stress, and exposure to toxic behaviors. At last, structural constraints reflect broader issues such as economic, social, technological, and legal constraints.
Method: Data from 122 participants were collected using a questionnaire and improved using the Delphi method (three stages of improvement) and confirmed high validity. Internal consistency (Reliability) was confirmed with a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.813. To analyze the findings, repeated measures analysis of variance was used to determine significant differences between subgroups, and post-hoc tests were used to determine the most influential constraint.
Results: Results showed that the most significant differences at the intrapersonal level were related to psychological and social factors, at the interpersonal level related to team dynamics and social attitudes, and at the structural level related to access to technology.
Conclusion: By identifying and prioritizing the most important constraints, this study provides a basis for creating more inclusive and supportive environments. Addressing these constraints can increase citizen participation and sustain the growth of the evolving esports ecosystem.

This study is to design a revenue-generating model for sports delegations of Iran. The research method was qualitative studies with grounded theory approach. The data was collected using interviews and document review. After conducting 22 in-depth and semi-structured interviews with the statistical population of the research, the main categories were extracted after completing the coding process. The statistical population included the heads and members of the presidiums of federations and sports delegations, officials familiar with revenue generation in the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the National Olympic Committee; Experts and researchers in the field of financial resources and revenue generation and familiar with the activities of sports delegations and federations; the faculty members and university professors who did research in this area. Purposeful and snowball sampling continued until theoretical saturation. The results showed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding that causal condition included funding from the side activities of the board, funding from events, funding from places available, funding from registration, contextual condition included entry of legal partners, capital measures, financing of funds, provision of current funds, intervening factors included planning barriers, governance barriers, institutional barriers, hardware and software barriers, strategies included governance measures, effective action on attracting capital, playing the role of social responsibility, proposal, targeting revenue generation, strengthening the image, understanding the goals of partners, and the consequences are entitled increase funding channels, reduce costs and implement revenue-generating measures. By applying the identified factors and strategies, we can see the challenges of generating revenue for sports delegations, increasing revenue channels and increasing productivity.

The impact of organizational culture on productivity ensures the survival of the organization in the current competitive era. Karate federation has attracted considerable attention in recent years. Therefore, the study is to explain the impact of the dimensions of organizational culture with the mediatory role of innovation in productivity of karate practitioners of Isfahan.
The participantes included of 341 voluntary Isfahanian karate-kas, which were selected using stratified sampling in a convenient manner that were divided into 4groups: Group1 (applying independent variable/conducting pre-test/post-test), Group2 (applying independent variable/conducting post-test), Group3 (conducting pre-test/post-test), Group4 (conducting post-test). Human resources productivity, innovation, Robbins questionnaire, Hersi and Goldsmith questionnaire, and Madsij questionnaire were used, respectively. After taking the pre-test, an 18-hour educational class of organizational culture was held for the samples in the Groups1 and2. So after six months, a post-test was taken again. Descriptive statistic indices, simple ANOVA test, and VAF test via the SPSS software were used to analyze the data. The significance level was set at P<0/05.
The results showed that organizational culture training was effective and the mean scores of organizational culture, innovation and productivity in the post-test increased significantly. The effect of mediating the variable of innovation and components of attention to detail, boldness, risk-taking and stability of culture-building on the productivity of part-time manpower was (VAF<0/8, P=0/000); While the whole effect of organizational culture with the mediating role of innovation on productivity depended on the components of individual creativity, team orientation, attention to individuals and consequentialism (VAF>0/8, P=0/000).
Paying attention to the type of components of organizational culture in creating general or partial effects on increasing productivity with the mediating role of innovation in elite karatekas of Isfahan province is important.

The recent structures of sport in any countries should be cohesive and comprehensive and the current goals and activities and their consistency should have logical scientific stability. The importance of the activities, goals, programming and the organizational structures must be explicit in the structures and plans of a sport organization. The purpose of this study is to formulate a developmental model of the structural factors of the championship sport of the Karate Federation and it is a combined exploratory mixed study which was done in two steps. The first phase (qualitative phase) was a qualitative study using grounded theory method. The data were collected through the snow ball method, deep and semi-structured interviews. Then, the data resulted from twenty interviews were encoded and analyzed through grounded theorymethod. The data were analyzed through open, axial and selective coding. The second phase of the study (quantitative phase) was done quantitatively using structural equation modeling method. For this purpose, 29 questions of the questionnaire were used based on the model of sport for all in Iran (derived from the qualitative phase of the study). From Karate Premier League 278 participants were selected based on Morgan table. The data were analyzed through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling through using LISREL software. The results show that the media, financial resources, rules and regulations play important roles in top organizational decisions. They also show their special roles in preparing a suitable structure in sport developments of Iranian Karate Premier sport.
