The purpose of this research is to Development of Strategic Map of Elite Iranian Sports. In terms of the method of collecting information, the present research was of a mixed type (qualitative and quantitative), in which the required information was obtained in the qualitative part by using individual interviews and the strategic council, and in the quantitative part by using special matrices of strategic studies and pairwise comparison questionnaires. The members of the strategic council included 14 university faculty members, heads of sports federations, managers and deputies of the Ministry of Sports, officials of the National Olympic Committee, general managers of sports and youth in the provinces, elite athletes in selected sports, coaches and referees. In order to analyze and quantitatively analyze the information, as well as obtain more accurate information about the verification of the framework, starting from the study of the theoretical foundations and the background of the research, and by preparing an interview guide, conducting qualitative interviews and analyzing it, using the structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) technique. Using the structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) technique, the strategic map of the country's championship sports was compiled and 11 strategies counted in 5 levels were included in the strategic map of the championship sports.

The study is to develop a canvas business model for sport club’s mascot. For this purpose and to get deep analysis, qualitative method of focus group was used. In this regard, experts who were aware of the subject elected as statistic group. Statistic sample was included of 7 experts from Iran's mascot workgroup in Ministry of Sport and Youth which was included faculty members from sport sciences research institute of Iran and sport managers in Ministry of Sport and Youth. To develop business model canvas, 3 sessions were hold and results gotten as follow: 7 concepts were found in value proposition part. In costumer part 15 concepts (6 concepts in customer segment, 5 concepts in distribution channel, and 6 concepts in customer relationship) were found. 13 concepts were found in infrastructure management part (5 concepts in key resources, 2 concepts in key activities and 5 concepts in key partners). At last, 8 concepts were found in finance aspect (6 concepts in revenue stream, 3 concepts in cost structure). Sport club mangers can use the research results to identify the found rising, cost parts, potential customers and costumer values of mascot. Also, understanding the communication channels and the sort of the relation can help the club to engage its fans.

Training and content production are the main ways to achieve the resistive economy culture. The study examines the role of virtual education (content production) on the dimensions of resistive economy in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. According to the purpose of research and collective consensus of professors, this research is based on logical arguments and analyzes and has provided a new model that adds to the knowledge collection in this field. Therefore, it can be considered as a development methodology in terms of method and in terms of implementation as a type of practical research or action study modeling. In order to provide the initial model from the exploratory interview method, the library research and a questionnaire were used in parallel and then some experts were consulted.
The numerical (certainty) value of the FIS is calculated as 5/08 which can be considered as medium by matching this number with the membership function defined for fuzzy inference system. It showed that virtual education has a significant effect on organizational capacity and solidarity between employees and managers and on consumption control and use of domestic production.
The results showed the use of different training methods for building culture and institutionalizing the concept of resistance economy in the minds and in practice are the requirements of reducing or eliminating economic shocks on the body of society. Since the role of human resources in achieving the objectives of the resistive economy is very important, proper and principled training of human resources and culture building and internalization of the goals of the resistive economy are the basic pillars of achieving the goals.

The research is to determine the strategies and outcomes of the development of Iran professional sport. To achieve the goal, according to the specialty of the subject, qualitative study was used by interviewing the elite with this topic. Interviews were conducted on purposeful snowball method and finally, 18 people were interviewed. The data from the interviews were analyzed by data method through three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The findings of the strategies indicated nine main areas that cover the internal and external challenges of the development of professional sports in the country. These areas include: managerial, legal, human resources, hardware, facilities, entrepreneurship, and economics, structural and cultural-media. Also, the identified consequences of the strategies include: Entrepreneurship, economic development, national development, behavioral development and structural development, which were largely in line with the strategies. According to the research findings, the proposed strategies can be a contributor to the sports managers of the country in relation to the development of professional sport in the country.
