Abstract: The general purpose of presenting the present research was to design a model of business ethics for managers of sports organizations in Iran. This research is applied and in terms of the way of data collection, it is considered as a meta-composite documentary research. In order to identify the model of business ethics of managers of sports organizations in Iran, 122 articles were reviewed, and 32 articles were selected for the final analysis. In this research, first, 244 indicators representing business ethics of managers were identified and classified into 34 concepts and 12 categories. Shannon's entropy was used to determine the weight of indicators. Based on the findings of the research, the main dimensions of the model of business ethics of managers of sports organizations in Iran include ethics-oriented professionalism, organizational awareness and nobility, problem-oriented and realism in dealing with organizational issues, ethical view in organizational interactions, requirements Ethics-oriented management, adoption of ethical-financial behaviors, adherence to ethical-behavioral behaviors of the market, ethical orientation in organizational incomes, educational requirements based on ethics, anti-corruption spirit and establishment of justice, personality-behavioral stability, insight and leadership-type management ability. Managers and employees are faced with the challenge of ethical decision-making every day and the results of this study can express various aspects of business ethics in the relations of sports organizations.

In the field of sports, due to rapid technological developments, knowledge-based affairs and intense competition, the selection and appointment of qualified managers based on specific criteria is one of the most important and sensitive issues in the work process of sports federations.The main purpose of this study is to identify the drivers of the election of heads of sports federations in Iran. This research is applied, qualitative and has an inductive approach. In order to analyze the data obtained from semi-structured interviews, the thematic analysis method was used. The statistical population of the study was knowledgeable individuals of sports federations and faculty members of universities who were selected using purposive sampling method with snowball approach. The data from the semi-structured interviews were saturated after the 23rd interview. The result of qualitative data analysis was the identification of 123 concept codes, 65 basic themes and 7 organizational themes including "socio-communication parameters", "sports specialization requirements", "communication skills", "political behavior" and "managerial abilities", "intellectual capital management". And "personality parameters" were presented in the form of a model. Finally, based on the results, some suggestions were made in this area. Finally, in addition to designing and presenting the network model of research topics, it was found that managerial abilities with 408 repetitions had the most role and political behavior with 61 repetitions had the least role in selecting the presidents of sports federations.

The purpose of this study was to identify the mental patterns of the team performance process in Football players with a mixed approach (quantitative - qualitative) and using Q methodology. The course in this study included 18 people (6 sports management professors, 6 experienced coaches and 6 successful players with B.A. and M.A. degree of education who were selected purposefully). The statistical population of the study consisted of the players of the first league football teams of the country, 21 of them were selected purposefully. Based on interviews and reviewing the research literature, 36 Q's statements were extracted and presented in a 36-card questionnaire and one Q-type questionnaire for the players to determine their degree of agreement or opposition. Based on the results of Q-type exploratory factor analysis, participants' mentality was categorized into five factors: team motivation, team quality, team learning, team skills, and team decision. These patterns explain 62.28% of total variance. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to the managers of the country's sports system that in order to evaluate the performance of the coaches and the sports teams, in addition to the current ranking in the end of the season, other goals of the performance process, such as the identified patterns of the research.
