The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategic development of student sports and to present development strategies in Khorasan Razavi province. The research method was descriptive-analytical. The statistical population included knowledgeable and knowledgeable people about the structure and events in the field of student sports (expert of sports officials in education, sports managers, professors and doctoral students) in Khorasan Razavi. A total of 46 professors, teachers and sports experts of the province were selected as the statistical sample by available sampling method. Research tools included library study, interviews and questionnaires.. Swat method was used for strategic analysis. Strategic components included strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in eight perspectives; Structural and executive, scientific and educational, facilities and infrastructure, financial and economic, human resources, competitive and championship sports, educational and recreational sports and cultural-social were framed. Based on the evaluation matrix, the strategic position of sports development in Khorasan Razavi was located in the fifth house and the stability zone (close to the growth zone). Therefore, it can be said that the development of student sports in Khorasan Razavi province is in a strategic position of stability and the current trend has a relative stability and the general orientation with regard to the necessary capacities and capabilities for improvement and development, growing. Is. As a result, the growing path of Khorasan Razavi student sports can be improved by developing educational infrastructure and specialized human resources.

The purpose of research was to explain and prioritize the factors affecting the development of professional football in Iran with the AHP approach. The research method is descriptive and applied in terms of purpose. Research data were collected in the field and in a mixed manner (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population in the qualitative section, including 18 experts, and in the quantitative section, including the CEOs of the Premier League and first division football clubs, the heads of the provincial football delegations and the officials of different units of the Football Federation, were equal to 90 people. Due to the limited membership, the community became equal to the sample. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire including 15 factors affecting the development of professional football in Iran, the validity of which was confirmed by 10 professors of sports management at the university and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α = 0.767). LISREL software was used to confirm the confirmatory factor and AHP technique was used to prioritize the identified factors. The findings showed that 15 factors affect the development of professional football in the economic, managerial, legal, advocacy and media sectors, respectively. Among the economic indicators, commercialization and privatization of clubs, and among the management indicators, the development and implementation of a professional development policy were in the first priority. It can be said that managers' focus on economic and managerial factors and indicators can help the development of professional football.

The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of investigating the location map of sports spaces in Semnan city based on using GIS. The method of the present study was a combination of qualitative and quantitative. The statistical population in the qualitative section including all sports spaces (private and public sector), (indoor and outdoor) which was the infrastructure of sports in the city was surveyed as a whole. In the qualitative part of the thumb rule (5 to 20 times the observable variables), 300 people were selected by random sampling and answered the questions voluntarily. Data collection tools in the present study included semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, Klomogorov-Smirnov test was used to investigate the normal distribution of data and structural equations of the first-order two-factor factor analysis method. The present results showed that in the study of the distribution and location of sports spaces, most of the spaces were located in the center, east and some in the west, and not much space was observed in the southern part of the city. In analyzing the model, the amount of public advertising is the highest and the amount of supervision of sports venues is the lowest factor in the performance of the city sports department and providing the ground for participation of different strata and providing programs for coaches and referees the highest factor and supporting veteran coaches and referees The most important factor was in the performance of the delegations.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect value on Iranian soccer league fans regarding the mediating role of customer valyes. Researches method was applied in terms of the goal and data collection method was descriptive – correlation. Statistical population of the study includes all spectators of Iranian professional soccer league which their number is infinite. Due to unavaibility of the number of spectators, we included spectators of maches between Persepolis – Sepahan and Esteghlal – Tractorsazi teams. In order to calculate the sample size we used Morgan table (n=384). Data collection tool of the study is standard questionnaire of bubin (1994), mahoni (2000) and wang et al (2004). The questionnaire includes 3 dimensions, 7 components and 30 questions which its formal and content validity was considered in primary study and its reliability was confirmed usind Cronbach's Alpha for perceived value (0/83), customer values (0/70) and loyalty (0/75). In this research, we used content and structure validity to determine questionnaire's validity. In order to examine reliability, we used Cronbach's Alpha and composite reliability which shows reliability and validity measurement tools. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software. Findings show that the effect of perceived value on loyalty through customer value is (0/91). The effect perceived value on loyalty is (0/62) and the effect of perceived value on customer value (0/88 ) and customer value on loyalty is (0/33 ) significant and positive.

The implementation of the principles of sustainable development in sport has been emphasized by the International Olympic Committee. The purpose of this study was to identify and optimize the indices and components affecting organizational behavior in tennis. This research is a descriptive-survey research that used to design basic conceptual model and determine three main dimensions (managerial/ social, cultural/ environmental, health) and 13 components (purpose) to determine the validity and reliability of the model and its fit. The initial model of the research was tested and tested using SEM using Smart PLS2 software. The model was then fitted at three levels: the fitting of the measurement model, the fitting of the structural model, and the general fitting of the model (GOF). The results showed that "social / cultural dimension" (path coefficient = 0.645) had the highest effect on the desired pattern. Then, "approach / management dimension" (path coefficient = 0.558) and finally "environmental dimension / health" (path coefficient = 0.554) affect the sustainable development of sport in the country.R2 value(0.989) indicates pattern confirmation. Both indices in all three constructs were positive and greater than zero (common = 0.6785) and redundancy (0.432) resulting in overall fit of measurement model (good quality of measurement model) and structural model (high ability of structural model in predicting).The overall fit of the model was 0.6987, indicating a strong fit to the overall model.The model presented for the principles of sustainable sport development is based on the Agenda 21 of the Olympic Movement and the Rio Declaration.

The study is to designe a structural equation modeling of toxic leadership and organizational trauma and organizational inertia considering the role of social loafing among the Ministry of Sport and Youth staff. This research is a kind of descriptive- correlation research and is done by Traversal- Field method through questionnaires which were collected. The statistical sample including 372 staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth of Islamic Republic of Iran were selected by Random Sampling. The measurement tools for gathering the data was Schmidt Toxic Leadership questionnaire (2008), Vee-van and Horman Organizational Trauma (2015), Hogard and et al Perceived Social Loafing (2010) and Steffi Haag Organizational Inertia (2014) that their reliability was approved respectively, α= 0/86, α= 0/94, α= 0/82 and α= 0/81 by Cronbach's alpha. The Data using Structural Equation Modeling were analyzed via Software PLS and SPSS.
The results of the analysis of structural equation model showed that the model is good and acceptable. The highest path coefficient is related to the relationship between organizational trauma and organizational inertia (0/53=β، 10/53=T، 0/001=P), and the weakest is related to the relationship between toxic Leadership and social loafing.
To reduce organizational inertia and social loafing in employees, it is necessary to reduce the toxic behaviors in the leaders and the organizational trauma in the staff. According to the results, it is concluded that some measures and mechanism are necessary in order to prevent the coming toxic leadership style virulent among the Ministry of Sport and Youth staff.

Abstract:The aim of this study was to provide a framework on analysis and planning on development of sport participation for veterans,disabilities,deaf,and blind.Research methods in terms of type was qualitative, in goal was applications,in strategy was process and it was case study(for veterans and disability sports).Statistical Society consists of two parts,expert human society(N=22)and Community documents and information (41 documents). Research tools was include interview and a questionnaire that done in three methods:library study, interview,and Delphi technique.The validity of the tools was evaluated on the basis of determining the validity of the resources and the respondents,the content and formalism of the narrative,the framework of the interview, and calculation of the coefficients of agreement between the criminals. The conceptual coding and the analysis of the conceptual-systemic methods were used to analysis the findings. The findings show that the Veteran and disability sports development framework can be analyzed at three levels of roles,structure and performance.The main roles are personal,family,environment,sports and management. Strategic analysis was included analysis axes, challenges, aapproaches, and division of labor between organizations.Challenges and solutions have been framed in four sections:Facilities and Services,Management and Executive,Communication and Information,Education and Culture Making.Based on the findings,it can be said that the framework of veteran and disability sports development has a complex structure and,given the many challenges,multiple roles and different levels,it is necessary to adopt strategies intelligently and apply effective strategies based on an organizational division of labor.Key words: Strategic analysis and planning, sports development, sports participation, veteran and disability sports.

The study is to evaluate the success rate of Management Information System in the Ministry of Sports and Youth based on the basis of Delon and McLean model. This research is descriptive-survey and it is applied in terms of purpose and is done in a field and questionnaire. Using the rule of thumb for the analysis of structural equations, the minimum sample size was 320. So, 350 questionnaires were distributed among employees and managers and finally 329 questionnaires were returned. A Delun and McLean (2003) questionnaire was used to collect data. To test reliability, the correlation coefficient of test-post test and Alpha-Cronbach's coefficient were obtained 0/82 and 0/90, respectively. To assess the validity of the questionnaire, formal and content method was used. For data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis were used to present and validate the model in Amos 20 and SPSS software. Correlation results showed that there is a significant correlation of 99/99% between the main correlation variables, which allows for further analysis. The results showed that the quality of the information system, the quality of information and the quality of the services of the Ministry of Sport were related to the user's use of the system and user satisfaction and the quality of the system is related to net benefits, and the quality of information and service quality with net benefits through user's use and satisfaction Users are affected by the system. Therefore, it can be concluded that the success of the management information system based on the Delon and McLean model can be effective in expediting and improving efficiency.
