The purpose of the present study was to provide a model for the development of urban cycling during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was qualitative, with a grounded theory approach. Participants were selected through purposive sampling. The interviewees consisted of all professors of sports management and sports managers and experts. The research tool was a semi-structured interview and the results were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding. After analyzing the interviews, in relation to causal factors, 6 categories of individual causes, cultural, managerial, sustainable development, health causes and infrastructural were obtained; In the contextual factors section, 8 categories of individual factors, women's sports, economic, structural, manpower, infrastructure, managerial and supportive were obtained; In relation to the intervening factors, 5 main categories of media interventions, event interventions, organizational interventions, incentive and motivational interventions and urban and citizenship interventions were identified; In relation to strategies, 7 main categories of economic approaches, improvement of sports infrastructure, inter-organizational interactions, institutionalization of sports culture, continuous evaluation and control, development of human resources capabilities and diversity and multiplicity of events were identified; In the section on consequences, 4 main categories of promotion of physical abilities, social development, culture building and psychological consequences were obtained. In general, the findings of this study can be used as a strategy for the development of urban cycling during the Covid-19 pandemic, so the relevant organizations such as the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Iranian Cycling Federation,

Polo tourism has a special and importance place in the world and so far the countries with technical knowledge of this sport have made successful efforts in this field by presenting various exciting programs and ceremonies and providing tourist packages for tourists who love this sport. The present study seeks to investigate the tourism capacity of polo and its obstacles and problems. As there is no comprehensive research in this regard and knowledge of authors are limited, grounded theory was used in this qualitative study. The statistical population includes all people related to the sport of polo in Iran. The purposive sampling method was used and finally 20 members of the statistical population were interviewed. Using the results of semi-structured interviews during the coding stage and also inspired by the theoretical and experimental literature of the subject, the identified codes are classified into 8 categories: sports, individual, historical and tourism, natural attraction, managerial, financial, political and international relations; and socio-cultural. The most important identified capacities are historical tourism, natural tourism, cultural tourism and human. Obstacles and problems of polo sport are aslo identified in five categories as sport, educational, managerial, political and international relations, and socio-cultural.

The purpose of this study was to theorize and designing a model of physical activity of Iranian women in leisure time at different stages of life. The research method was Grounded Theory, systematic approach. Sampling was also theoretical. Data analysis was performed through continuous "questioning" and "comparison". In order to achieve saturation while reviewing about 300 research articles, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 136 Iranian women aged 7-78 who were regularly participate in physical activity in addition to 17 mothers and 6 fathers. At the end of the open coding stage, 12 main categories were identified and physical activity was selected as the central category. At the end of the selective coding stage, a conceptual model for the whole life stages and a diagram of the amount of physical activity in different stages of life were designed. The main differences between the conditions of Iranian women for physical activity in different stages of life were also identified. Findings showed that mother in childhood, father in adolescence, personal motivations in adolescence, fear in middle age and children in aging stage are the most important drivers of Iranian women to do physical activity. It was also found that the level of physical activity of Iranian women in different stages of life fluctuates for various reasons, so that at the end of childhood is at its highest and at the time of "reproduction and child care" and "old age" is at its lowest.

The organizational creativity of utilizing mental abilities to create a new thought or concept and to develop effective views on today's conditions, the changes in the peripheral environment and the instability of environmental conditions have caused large organizations not to develop the speed of creativity in themselves. Therefore, this research examines the model of communication skills, cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence with the organizational creativity of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. This study is of correlation researches. The statistical population was all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth (898 people) in 2017. Using a Morgan table, 269 individuals were randomly selected as samples. The instrument for data collection was Albrecht's Standard Inventory of Intelligence (2003), Aegon (2007), Barton Geam (1990) and Randsip's Personnel Creativity Questionnaires (1979). The collected data were analyzed using statistical analysis of structural equation model with Amos and SPSS software.
The results showed that organizational and cultural intelligence has a positive and direct effect on the organizational creativity of the employees. In this research, the role of mediator of communication skills was also confirmed in the impact of organizational and cultural intelligence on creativity.
Based on the results, the organizational and cultural intelligence processes of employees, by influencing their communication skills, will bring organizational creativity to the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and it is suggested that the managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth use a systematic and clever approach in most skill classes to increase employee creativity.
