Tourism development in every country requires investment and without investing in infrastructure and superstructure plans cannot be expected to develop tourism.The purpose of present study was to discover a theoretical structure & deliver a comprehensive pattern about investment of sport tourism destinations in Ardabil province. This study is a practical one. It's worth mentioning that our study was conducted in a new field & no comprehensive investigation has been done which covers overview of investment about sport tourism destinations. Thus, this research was conducted using qualitative approach. Statistical population of this study consisted sport management experts, tourism and economy experts, department of cultural heritage & tourism managers, department of Sport & youth managers, provincial government managers, municipality managers, parliament members & tourism agencies managers of Ardabil province. Mixed of some theoretical sampling methods, for example Snowball sampling, Politically important cases sampling, Critical case sampling, Criterion sampling were utilized to select the samples of this study, qualitative interviews were conducted to gather information in our study. Data and codes reached theoretical saturation following 21 interviews. Statistics analysis were conducted systematically by using thematic analysis method in Nvivo 12 Plus software. Finally, 48 codes were identified after analyzing data which were classified in 4 main classes based on their importance. The results of present study provide the politicians and planners of this province with adequate approaches to expedite the process of developing tourism destinations economically in Ardabil Province.

This research is aimed at analyzing the role of government in developing the use of green energy in sport facilities. The research is of exploratory mixed type. In qualitative part, meta-synthesis method was used for recognizing the dimensions of the government’s role on development of the use of renewable energy. In quantitative part, first the validity of the model was approved based on the experts’ survey and then, fitness of the model was checked by confirmatory factor analysis. In meta-synthesis phase, the studied population included the relevant theses and research papers (35 cases); in experts’ survey, the population included 7 experts of renewable energy area, and in factor analysis phase, the population included the mangers and experts of Renewable Energy Organization, managers of the companies working in the area of renewable energies, managers and experts of the Organization of Developing and Equipping Sport Facilities and subsidiary departments, and the experts of renewable energy area (676 people). In the first and second phases, sampling method was total population, and in factor analysis phase, the sampling was done by stratified method and 240 people were selected based on Morgan table. Meta-synthesis findings showed that government affects the development of the use of green energy in sport facilities through the political system, energy policies and strategies, its economic situation, governmental support, and the structure of the energy sector. Validity of the model was obtained as 0.893 by sigma counting method.
