This study with purpose for investigate the role of mentoring in promoting professional competence and empowerment of gymnastics coaches in Khuzestan province was done descriptive-correlational with approach of modeling structural equation. The statistical population of all gymnastics coaches in Khuzestan province was 240 people;Because of the limited population, the total number method was used for sampling.Three questionnaires were used to collect data: researcher-made mentoring, professional competence and Spritzer empowerment(1995).The formal and content validity of the questionnaires were evaluated by sports experts and.The reliability of the textbooks was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient(0.87,0.88,0.89),respectively.Structural equation modeling test was used to analyze the data. The findings showed that mentoring had a significant effect in improving the professional competence and empowerment of gymnastics coaches, and among the four dimensions of empowerment, the feeling of having the right to choose has more power to explain the acceptance of the mentoring variable than other dimensions. Also, the effect of professional competence in empowering gymnastics coaches was confirmed. According to the findings of the research, it is recommended to the officials of the Khuzestan province gymnastics board to use experienced and professional coaches as mentors in education and mentoring courses as a new approach to increase empowerment and help the continuity and development of the talent pool. and pay attention to improving the qualifications of trainers.

The study is to identify and analyze the contextual and intervening factors affecting the creation of sustainable employment of sports sciences graduates. It was conducted within the framework of a qualitative approach. The statistical population consisted of experts was aware of the research topic. The sampling method was theoretical. In-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts to collect the data. The data reached theoretical saturation after 16 interviews. To assess validity and transferability, the research findings were presented to the participants and their points of view were applied. The intra-subject agreement method was used for reliability which was reported about 0/82.
The findings related to contextual factors represented 29 main concepts and 4 sub-categories (Policy and planning, economic and financial factors, university relationship with society and industry, professional competence in sports) and the findings related to intervening factors represented 27 main concepts and 5 sub-categories including (Technological, cultural and social factors, political factors, reconstruction of sports science, communication and networking). Therefore, in order to make the right decision in the field of creating and developing sustainable employment for sports sciences graduates by policymakers in the field of sports, it is necessary to identify the importance of contextual and intervening factors and providing the best conditions.

The study is to identify the challenges of inter-organizational partnership in sports in order to implement sports programs for development and peace. The research method was descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose and Delphi technique was used to collect the data. 25 experts with executive positions in sports organizations were selected by targeted non-random methods, and Delphi's technique continued for up to 3 rounds to establish a theoretical agreement between them. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data and Kendall's W nonparametric test was used to examine the theoretical agreement between the experts. Finally, the research findings identified 22 challenges related to inter-organizational partnership in the implementation of sports programs for development and peace, the most important of which are the lack of a coherent organization for development and peace programs, costly and time consuming projects, Sports for development and peace, officials' distrust of the impact of sport on development and peace, lack of recognition of development and peace programs and lack of awareness among officials and employees of sports organizations about sports programs for development and peace. It is hoped that the country's sports authorities, using the results of this research, will provide the ground for the partnership of sports organizations in the implementation of sports programs for development and peace.
