The aim of this study was to explain the effect of diversity management on human resource productivity with the mediating role of organizational culture. This study is quantitative-qualitative in terms of research method and its type of purpose is applied with a structural equation modeling approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of 699 people who were selected in year of 2024 by stratified random method. The data collection tools included interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire for diversity management, an organizational culture questionnaire, and a human resource productivity questionnaire that were used. For analysis, considering the normality of the data distribution, structural equation modeling was used in PLS software. The findings showed that diversity management with a path coefficient of 0.35 and organizational culture with a path coefficient of 0.52 had a positive and significant effect on human resource productivity, and organizational culture with a path coefficient of 0.67 had a positive effect on diversity management. On the other hand, organizational culture with an indirect coefficient of 0.35 can play a mediating role in the relationship between diversity management and human resource productivity. Therefore, considering these findings and results, this research shows that giving importance to diversity management can improve human resource productivity and organizational culture.

The aim of this study was to determine simple and multiple correlation among the quality of working life and mental health of Sport teachers and non-sport teachers of high schools in Karaj city at educational year of 1388-89. This study was descriptive and correlation type. Sample community involved 240 teachers. Quality of working life questionnaire based on Wallton pattern and mental health (GHQ-28) questionnaire was used as research tools.
Pierson correlation factor, multi variable regression and multi variable variance analysis by SPSS software (manowa) , were used for data analysis. Results showed positive and significant relation between quality of work life and mental health correlation factors in sport teachers ( p=0.001 r=0.43) and non-sport teachers(p=0.0001 r=0.29) . Also all of the quality of working life factors had a positive and significant relation with mental health, except adequate and fair compensation factor in sport teachers and the social relevance of working life in other teachers. Results of regression analysis , with enter method, multi variable correlation factor for the linear combination for the quality of working life with mental health in sport teachers , were MR=0.55 and RS=0.3 and significant at p=0.01 and in non-sport teachers were MR=0.41 and RS=0.17 and significant at p=0.00011 .
And also , based on results of regression analysis with stepwise method, observed that only the social relevance of working life factor was predictive for mental health of sport teachers and safe and health working and total life were predictive for mental health of non-sport teachers , respectively .
