The purpose of the present study is to foresight of Iranian championship sports through scenario writing and cross impact analysis. This research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of implementation method. In terms of nature, according to foresight methods, it is in the category of quantitative and qualitative methods. Data collection tools include resource review, interview, questionnaire, cross impact analysis techniques, and scenario writing. The statistical population of the study, the directors of the championship sports federations, the ministry of sports and youth, the national olympic committee and the professors of sports management, about 200 people, Of these, 32 sports and academic experts were purposive selected for statistical sample. Two questionnaires of effectiveness and certainty and two matrices were used to collect data. These questionnaires after reviewing resources and interviewing design experts, their validity were confirmed by 11 experts and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha was 0.967 and 0.970, respectively. The questionnaires each consisted of 64 primary factors, among which 21 more important factors were identified using one sample T-test. These factors are completed in a 21 × 21 matrix by experts and analyzed with Micmac software and 7 Comprehensive Planning Factors, Continuous Support System, Comprehensive Talent System, Modern Sports Facilities, Coach Retraining, Scientific Exercises and Performance Assessment were identified as key factors. Finally, using Scenariowizard software, 2 probable scenarios and 8 plausible scenarios were extracted and analyzed and it was suggested that experts use foresight techniques in their long-term planning to prepare for future situations.

The research is to study the indicators assessment of Olympic Federations of the country with BSC and DEA Approaches. The study was descriptive-analytic and it was practical purpose and due to its nature, it was done in quantitative and qualitative terms. In the quantitative part, to achieve the perspectives and input or output strategies of the Olympic federations were made using a researcher-made questionnaire. In the qualitative section, interviews were done with experts to reach theoretical saturation. Statistical population was included managers of Olympic federations, managers of department assistance Sport Championship and manager of National Olympic Committee which in total Contains 425 people. In the qualitative section, targeted sampling was used and 21 people were selected and in the quantitative part, random sampling method was used based on Morgan's table and 220 people were selected to complete the questionnaires. Data collected in the quantitative section was analyzed by Chi-square test and SPSS software. In the qualitative section, for analysis of the data, the method of logical induction was used for conceptualization.
The results showed that the Olympic federations of the country in financial perspective have 2 strategies, in the customer perspective 1 strategy, in the internal processes perspective 3 strategies, in learning and development perspective 2 strategies and in communication perspective 1 strategy. Also the results showed Of the 9 strategies of the Olympic federations, 4 strategies are as inputs and 5 strategies are output.

The study is to formulate and design a model for acquisition effective international seats in sports by the representatives of Iran. The method of study was mixed. The statistical population of this study includes the faculty members of universities, sport federation presidents, managers, athletes and sports seats representatives who have the necessary knowledge and experience in international sessions(n=495). In the qualitative phase, 25 individuals were selected purposefully and in quantitative phase, a sample of 220 people was chosen based on Morgan table. The instrument was a 55-item structured questionnaire to achieve the objectives of the study. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by 20 sports management specialists and its structural validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Its reliability was studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0/83.For data analysis the descriptive statistic and inferential statistics methods including KMO, Bartlett exploratory factor analysis with orthogonal rotation and structural equation modeling by application of AMOS and SPSS23 software were used. The results showed thatthere are 6 factors as effective components contained within international sport seats were prioritized as follows:communicative(0/932), economical (0/903), social and cultural(0/901), administrative(0/830) and political(0/779) are evailable. The model was derived from appropriate fitness. The model captured a strong theoretical model for the design of effective international sports seats by the representatives of Iran.

The research was to design development model of sport for all at the sport federations who work out at the elite sport. Statistical population of this study included all of the faculty members of college that were familiar with sport for all, and managers of sport federations (N=850). On the basis of Morgan table, 250 persons were randomly selected as research samples. To achieve the research goals, the sport for all made researcher questionnaire with 64 questions was used. Validity of questionnaire was confirmed by 17 experts, and its structural validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Its reliability was studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.85. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including Kolmogorov -Smirnov، t, KMO, Bartlet test, exploratory factor analysis with Varimax rotation and confirmed factor analysis by application of AMOS software and SPSS software were used. Research findings showed that there are 11 factors such as management, recreational, friends and family, educational, media, volunteer, social and cultural, evaluation, motivational, memorial and values, and festivals for the development model of sport for all at the sport federations. Also, the achievement model is goodness.
