the purpose of this research was to analyze the causes of network corruption in Iran's premier football league and present its future scenarios. it was mixed. This research was carried out by combining the method of casual layered analysis and scenario using Dator's method, which used the method of theme analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. In order to reach the research sample, in the qualitative part, the snowball sampling method was used, which was obtained by interviewing 15 experts, and in the quantitative part, due to the unlimited size of the population, 384 samples were used, of which only 294 were used. The item is completed. The findings showed that focusing on financial structures, the presence of supervisors with executive power, a judicial body in an appropriate manner and with a transparent and healthy mechanism, the necessary mechanism to prevent late proceedings, clarifying and informing people about the processes, reflecting the facts through the media. the existence of an integrated talent search system, up-to-date rules and guidelines, separate and independent disciplinary and judicial bodies, payment of appropriate amounts to players, implementation of meritocracy, increasing the synergy of institutions, support of policymakers and general and specialized training can Help reduce network corruption. Based on this four scenarios were obtained: Mission Impossible, Desperate Situation, Godfather, and Secret Mission, of which 007 was the favorable scenario and Secret Mission was the pessimistic scenario. Based on the output of the layered analysis of the causes,

The aim of this study was the develop a model of socialization of citizens through participation in sport for all. a qualitative method and a systematic Grounded theory were applied on this study. the statistical population consists of outstanding professors of sport management and sociology, managers and deputies of Sport and Youth Department, and knowledgeable experts. 15 individuals were selected with snowball sampling method. Data collection tool and method were semi-structured individual interviews, and interviews were continued until the 15th person to ensure theoretical saturation. In order to analyze the data, a systematic approach was used including three main steps: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. During the open coding process, 436 initial codes were counted regardless of overlap, and in the next step, 78 common concepts based on overlaps and similarities formed 27 categories. Eventually, in the axial and selective coding steps, the final model of the research was drawn with the focus on the central category of socialization of citizens through participation in sport for all. Examining the situation, position and providing indicators of socialization of citizens through participation in sport for all can provide policy makers, managers and officials to recognize the problems in this regard and provide appropriate solutions to reduce the gap between the current and favorable situation for socialization of citizens. In this way, causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, action/ interaction strategies, as well as the outcomes have been explained separately.

The aim of this study was to present a model for institutionalizing the Ethical climate in Iranian professional football. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach, in data-based method based on purposeful sampling and using in-depth and semi-structured interviews until theoretical saturation (23 interviews). Data analysis was performed based on Strauss and Corbin approach (open, axial and selective coding). Concepts identified were classified into six categories 1. Causal conditions (personality, ethical and individual factors); 2. Central category (institutionalization of ethical climate in Iranian professional football); 3. Strategies (culture building, education, meritocracy, revenue generation of clubs, development of infrastructures, transparency, enactment of incentive and punishment laws, organization of fan clubs, institutionalization of supervision and control and improvement of the stadium environment); 4. Underlying factors (financial, cultural-social, structural and infrastructural factors); 5. Interfering factors (economic, cultural, political and judicial conditions); And 6. The Consequences (incidence of oppositions, national and equipment burden, clean football, technical and economic development and increasing inclination to sports) and research model was created. According to the research results, managers are suggested to take some steps toward institutionalizing the ethical climate in Iranian professional football using the proposed model and appropriate planning and decision-making, while reducing ethical problems, and research in the independent effect of each of the political, economic, cultural and social factors in the Ethical climate of Iranian professional football is suggested to future researchers.

Evidence in Iran shows that the management of sports facilities and venues is far from international standards. Meanwhile, the Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE) is one of the most complete and effective management systems that can help meet this challenge. Based on this, the present study evaluates the sustainable performance of Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran with the HSE approach. This research is of descriptive-analytical type and has been conducted in the field-library. The time frame of this research is 1399 and its location is the sports venues of Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran, which are classified into two categories: places under the management of the complex and places under the management of sports federations. In this study, the data envelopment analysis approach was used to evaluate the sustainable performance of the mentioned places. The results showed that the relative efficiency of DMU1 (places under collection management) is equal to 0.44 and the relative efficiency of DMU2 (places under the supervision of sports federations) is equal to 1.0, which indicates the decision unit DMU2's decision making is relatively better than DMU1 decision making unit. Perhaps because the scope of supervision of places under the control of sports federations is more and they receive their budget directly from the company for the development and maintenance of sports venues in the country
