The purpose of this research was to identify the factors affecting the early resignation of football referees in Iran. In terms of philosophy, the current research is interpretive type, in terms of approach, it is establishment type, in terms of strategy, it is the type of data theory based on Glazer's approach, in terms of research selection, it is qualitative research type, and in terms of time period, it is cross-sectional type, and in order to collect data, It has been used as an interview tool. The participants of this research were football referees. For sampling purposeful sampling method was used and sampling continued until the theoretical saturation limit was reached, therefore 18 interviews were conducted. In order to audit the research, the criteria of validity, transferability, reliability and verifiability were used, and in order to analyze the data, three overlapping processes of open coding, axial coding and theoretical coding were used. By adapting the text of all the interviews, in the open coding stage, after combining the initial concepts, 69 final concepts were calculated and in the central coding stage, 11 sub-categories were counted, which were classified into 3 main categories under the headings of structural factors, contextual factors and content factors. became Based on the findings of the research, it was determined that early withdrawal as a result is affected by a faulty system of governance, which is faulty in both its structure, content and context, and until these problems are resolved, judges are reluctant to stay

The dispersal and large number of past researches about the participation of students in sports activities has caused the policy makers and planners to not be able to master all aspects of this field for policy making and planning. For this reason, the factors and obstacles affecting the participation of Iranian students in sports activities were meta-analyzed in Iranian society. The statistical population of this research consists of available studies that were available in the form of dissertations and full-text articles in the databases and libraries of universities across the country between 2006 and 2021. They gave These studies were selected purposefully and based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria as well as the sensitivity analysis of 101 effect sizes from 22 studies. The results of the combined effect size for both the random effects model and the fixed effects model were equal to 0.35. The findings showed that during the years 2012 to 2015, the most research has been done in this field, social factors have been the most frequently investigated variable in the field of student participation in sports activities, in the discussion of the effective factors of the physical activity index, Trust within the family and psychological capital, and in the discussion of effective barriers, parents' attitudes towards girls' sports are among the most important variables, and in most cases, the findings of past research were confirmed and in some cases, they were violated.

The aim of this study was to explain the effect of diversity management on human resource productivity with the mediating role of organizational culture. This study is quantitative-qualitative in terms of research method and its type of purpose is applied with a structural equation modeling approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of 699 people who were selected in year of 2024 by stratified random method. The data collection tools included interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire for diversity management, an organizational culture questionnaire, and a human resource productivity questionnaire that were used. For analysis, considering the normality of the data distribution, structural equation modeling was used in PLS software. The findings showed that diversity management with a path coefficient of 0.35 and organizational culture with a path coefficient of 0.52 had a positive and significant effect on human resource productivity, and organizational culture with a path coefficient of 0.67 had a positive effect on diversity management. On the other hand, organizational culture with an indirect coefficient of 0.35 can play a mediating role in the relationship between diversity management and human resource productivity. Therefore, considering these findings and results, this research shows that giving importance to diversity management can improve human resource productivity and organizational culture.

The research is to design a model for the development of championship level of figure skating in Iran. The research method was from the qualitative type of foundational data theory with the approach of Strauss and Corbin (2008), from the perspective of the descriptive-survey data collection method and the perspective of the fundamental goal. To collec the data, targeted in-depth interviews with 25 sports managers (with at least 5 years of managerial experience related to skating), coaches, and athletes (with at least 5 years of professional or semi-professional skating experience) were used. The content validity of the interview tool was confirmed by experts (4 expert researchers) and reliability were confirmed through recoding (α=0/87). Finally, after 25 interviews, th theoretical saturation was reached and the results and the data were analyzed through three stages of coding. The final model was compiled, with the two concepts of "value" and "forgetfulness" as the central phenomenon and 2 categories "organization-oriented factors" and "job-oriented factors" were introduced in the form of causal conditions. Therefore, according to the results, the factors that cause the emergence of the central category of "forgetting", and "value" are: organization-oriented factors and job-oriented factors, and in this regard, the officials, according to the intervening conditions, systemic factors, and background conditions, including the degree of dependence, government support, and exceptional leadership; There will be two types of actions and reactions under the title of strategic reactions including professionalization and gaining support and conventional reactions including unsustainable development. The result of resorting to these strategies will lead to production effectiveness or deadlock at the level of the skating championship.

The pace of changes in sports business is so fast that balancing today's operational challenges and planning to face the big event of the future is a serious challenge. Therefore, the research is to identify the key and strategic factors affecting the future of electronic sports businesses in Iran. It is of mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) and its design is of sequential exploratory type. The participants were the beneficiaries of electronic sports businesses. The sampling method was targeted sampling and based on theoretical saturation, 20 people were selected. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data and Lincoln and Gaba (1985) criteria were used for its audit, which included validity, transferability, reliability and verifiability. In order to analyze the data in the interview analysis section, the coding method was used. The fuzzy Delphi method was used to screen the indicators, and the structural analysis method was used in the future research section with the help of Micmac software. By analyzing the interviews, 156 initial concepts were gathered into 75 final concepts and 3 main categories: general environment, operational (specialized) environment and internal environment. Then, 36 effective factors were identified through fuzzy Delphi screening. Finally, it was determined that the growth of 5G technology, the general acceptance of e-sports, the increase in demand for e-sports, the legitimacy of e-sports, and the e-sports league are the five driving forces that make possible alternatives for the future of e-sports businesses.
As a result, it is necessary to consider their situation in the design of the future plans and actions of the mentioned businesses in particular, based on the fact that the nature of these factors is mixed with instability, and any action and change on it will result in reaction and change on other indicators

The study is to identify the future factors of management of sports organizations with a futures research approach. This research was in terms of combined methodology (qualitative and quantitative) and its design was simultaneous. In the qualitative part, the research strategy was environmental scanning and in the quantitative part, futures research was the method of interaction analysis. The statistical population was experts and review resources that were purposefully selected based on theoretical saturation and secondary sources with 17 experts from sports organizations including university professors, staff managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, National Olympic Committee and presidents of sports federations. The interviews were conducted and in parallel, 9 documents related to the management of organizations that had forward-looking content were used. The data collection tools were semi-structured interviews and checklists in the qualitative section and questionnaires in the quantitative section. For data analysis in the resource review section, the systematic method, in the interview analysis section, the coding method and in the future section, the structural analysis method with the help of MICMAC software were used.
The findings showed that the future of management of sports organizations is affected by 36 factors and among them 7 driving forces, namely multifaceted organizations, team building, systems thinking, fast decision making, flexible and dynamic, new division of labor with a new management model. The traditional alignment of sports organizations and teamwork skills outside the organization are the driving forces behind possible future options for managing

This qualitative research aims to formulate a model for sustainable development of mountaineering in the country using systematic grounded theory. For this purpose, an open interview with 18 professors of sports management and mountaineering experts with experience and history of long ascents, a collection of basic themes recycled during the coding process, from which categories were extracted. In the caxial coding phase, the relations among these categories were determined in the form of coding paradigm as below: mountain nature management and strengthening of social values, axial phenomenon: environmental, economic and socio-cultural sustainability, strategy factors include: training, teamwork, experience sharing, environmental attitude and cost management, background factors include: education, respect for nature, cooperation, commitment and responsibility, interfering conditions, including: tolerating the opinions of others, respecting the customs of the natives and observing the principles and rules of mountaineering, and consequences, including: preservation of nature and indigenous culture, employment were determined in the form of coding paradigm. Then and in selective coding phase, all the components of coding paradigm were described and the theory was formulated and presented. Considering the category of sustainable development and mountaineering, which has gained a lot of fans at the moment, and this increase in approach will have different consequences, Therefore, the mountaineering federation and the mountaineering delegations of the provinces should have a review and a well-planned plan for the scientific management of this socio-sports activity.
