The research is to present an institutionalization model for women's sports management. It was interpretive research in terms of philosophy, fundamental in terms of approach, foundational data theory in terms of strategy, qualitative research in terms of research selection, and cross-sectional in terms of time period, and its data collection method was interviews. The statistical population was included of experts in the field of women's sports management- university professors and staff managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the National Sports Olympic Committee. The snowball sampling method was used and the sampling continued until the theoretical saturation (15 interviews). To collect information, semi-structured interviews were used and for data analysis, three overlapping processes of open coding, axial coding, and theoretical coding were used.
Based on the analysis of the interviews, it was determined that the institutionalization of women's sports management succession in Iran is influenced by contextual factors (gender justice, organizational dynamics and maturity and database), structural factors (management, program, meritocracy and talent management of human resources) and behavioral factors (positive portrayal, compensation of gender inequalities and believability). As a result, it is suggested that in order to institutionalize the succession of women's sports management, networking and synergistic factors affecting the institutionalization with the focus of women's sports management should be done.

The study is to present a model of institutionalizing the meritocracy of managers in Iranian sports organizations. The method of this research was qualitative research through grounded theory approach. After 18 in-depth and semi-structured interviews, the coding process was performed. Purposeful and snowball sampling continued until theoretical saturation. After completing the findings, the model was designed based on the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin model (1994). The data analysis results were obtained using Maxqda qualitative analysis software in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The formal and content validity were determined and retest method was used to evaluate the reliability. The mean reliability of retest was reported 93%.
The results showed that the organizational capabilities of Iranian sports, the athlete himself, the information system, the level of support for the athlete, the environment as causal conditions; the nature of championship sports, the structure of Iranian sports, the environment of activity and growth of the athlete as contextual factors; athlete abilities and challenges of championship sports as intervening factors; organizational and national strategies play an important role as effective strategies and the consequences of applying strategies in both positive and negative forms. Managers and senior officials are recommended to use the signs, concepts and categories identified in this research to select the right people in hiring and employing the required human resources.

The aim of this study was to present a model for institutionalizing the Ethical climate in Iranian professional football. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach, in data-based method based on purposeful sampling and using in-depth and semi-structured interviews until theoretical saturation (23 interviews). Data analysis was performed based on Strauss and Corbin approach (open, axial and selective coding). Concepts identified were classified into six categories 1. Causal conditions (personality, ethical and individual factors); 2. Central category (institutionalization of ethical climate in Iranian professional football); 3. Strategies (culture building, education, meritocracy, revenue generation of clubs, development of infrastructures, transparency, enactment of incentive and punishment laws, organization of fan clubs, institutionalization of supervision and control and improvement of the stadium environment); 4. Underlying factors (financial, cultural-social, structural and infrastructural factors); 5. Interfering factors (economic, cultural, political and judicial conditions); And 6. The Consequences (incidence of oppositions, national and equipment burden, clean football, technical and economic development and increasing inclination to sports) and research model was created. According to the research results, managers are suggested to take some steps toward institutionalizing the ethical climate in Iranian professional football using the proposed model and appropriate planning and decision-making, while reducing ethical problems, and research in the independent effect of each of the political, economic, cultural and social factors in the Ethical climate of Iranian professional football is suggested to future researchers.

AbstractThe main purpose of this study is to examine web marketing, dimensions and indicators; The third-rate comparison of Iranian and Spanish football clubs is in the target market. The present research is applied in terms of research purpose and descriptive-survey research in terms of research topic and questions. Data collection tools included an expert questionnaire. After fuzzy Delphi and index screening, MICMAC analysis was used to identify index relationships. This table shows the degree of desirability and optimization of the two direct effects matrices and the potential direct matrix. The desirability of the optimization effects matrix is 100%, which indicates the high validity of the questionnaire and related answers. In the following, it describes the types of direct and indirect relationships and effects, as well as the rank and amount of variables that have been measured by MICMAC software. Based on the results obtained from the direct effects map, a number of indicators, including C11, C10,… were placed in the independent matrix. This means that these variables have low dependence and high conductivity. C12, C27, etc. were placed in the interface matrix. This means that these factors have high dependence and high conductivity. C28, and ... were placed in the autonomous matrix. C23 and ... were also included in the dependent matrix.Which showed that these indicators have a strong dependence and poor conductivity. These variables generally have a high impact and little impact on the system.

The goal of this study was identifying and confirming sport coaching' themes by using mixed method Approach. Participants in qualitative part were twenty sport coaches and athletes whom had specific criteria purposefully for deep interveiews selected. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis method. In a small step, a questionnaire was prepared using qualitative stage data and after obtaining confirmation of the content validity of the experts, it was completed by 380 respondents. The results of the structural equation model confirmed all the themes. The three basic themes included interpersonal, intrapersonal, and contextutal, respectively. Intrapersonal contained management (organizing, employment, direction, planning, evaluation), coaching skills (humanistic-comunicational, technical-instructional, perceptual-leadership, political), coaching behavior (directional-social, supportive-cultural, specific behavior) and social relations (with associates, stockholders, athletes, media). Intrapersonal theme contained characteristics (psychic, ethical, personal), philosophy (artistic thinking, love to coaching, core believes and values), knowledge (transfer knowledge, theoric, practical,), and interest to grow and excellence (continues learning, moral of research, apprentice,). Contextual themes contained play role (model, specialism, teacher), match situation (tactic, strategy, logestic readiness for match, winning), practice situation (instruction of tactic, technic, promot of fitness), and contextual situations (pupose of sport, players, sport environment). The findings showed that in addition to the themes related to the coach, they have many different roles, tasks and activities, so they need like an orchestration, their own knowledge and art to lay the groundwork for the components and use for each specific situation.
