The study is to investigate the causal relationship between performance assessment and organizational commitment with mediator role of strategic thinking among staffs of Sport and Youth Organization of Alborz province. This is an applied study in terms of purpose that could be considered as a descriptive-correlational research in terms of methodology. The data was gathered by field survey and questionnaire. The statistical population included all staff of the organization (n=162). The staff was employed in the organization based on contractual and formal commitments. Krejcie and Morgan's table was used for determining the sample size. Therefore, 113 participants were selected by simple random sampling. Instruments of the study were questionnaires of Mc Adam performance management standard (2005), Lina organizational commitment (2007(and Husseini’s strategic thinking (2012). Face validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 10 experts and professors in sport management. The reliability was calculated as 0/80 for organizational commitment variables and 0/94 for strategic thinking and 0/94 for Performance Assessment variable based on Chronbach alpha coefficient. Following library studies, the data were collected using field study and questionnaires. Pearson correlation test and path analysis were used by SPSS and PLS software for data analysis and hypotheses-testing.
The results indicated that strategic thinking has no significant mediator role in the relationship between performance assessment and organizational commitment (P=0/925, T= 0/094, b= 0/002). Thus, it is suggested that managers and authorities in Sport and Youth Organization encourage staff to futurism and targeting performance and utilize it for increasing organizational commitment and prosperity of the organization through proper planning and considering the role of justice of assessment.

Desired dreaming is one of the needs of today's managers and organizations to develop creativity and entrepreneurship in organizations as well as to enhance the dynamics of organizations. This issue has led to the present study with the aim of designing a model of desirable dreaming factors for managers of sport organizations. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population included the elite in the field of sport management in the qualitative section. The statistical population of the quantitative research section was all 90 sport managers aware of the research subject and all of them were identified as the sample by the method of sampling. The research tools were a researcher-made questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated according to experts' opinion and factor analysis method. The reliability of the questionnaire was also assessed using Cronbach's alpha (α = 0/83). In the quantitative analysis part of the research, the structural-equation method with the pls approach is used.
The results showed that eight factors were identified in desirable dreaming: appropriate targeting, visualization power, emotion control, environmental recognition, mastery of laws, values and standards, operationalization of goals, recognition of new opportunities and management capability. Also, visual power with an impact rate of 0/970 is the most important predictor of desirable dreaming.
According to the results, it is suggested that by increasing the awareness of managers of sport organizations about the future of sport in the world, they will be able to dream their goal by coordinating sport organizations with these changes.
