The purpose of this study was to design an interpretive structural model of social network challenges in order to develop online retail of sports goods and equipment. Current study In terms of purpose Applied And in terms of how data is collected it was a type of field research. Considering the main purpose, the research method was qualitative method (foundation data theory). The statistical population in this study includes experts in the field of sports management and marketing. Using targeted sampling method and theoretical saturation technique, key informants (including 13 experts in the field of sports management and marketing) to identify the model framework of social network challenges to develop online retail And sports equipment were selected and interviewed semi-structured (with focus groups) and the components and challenges of social networks were identified, then interpretive structural modeling was used as one of the consensus methods. The results showed that the factors of trust building, pricing, site and culture have high dependency and low influence. Management factors, Internet and sponsorship have high influence and low dependency. The Challenges of Social Networking for the Development of Online Retailing of Sporting Goods and Equipment Provide a deeper understanding and broader perspective for marketing researchers and pave the way for a greater presence of online retailers of sporting goods and equipment. The purpose of this research was to study the factors affecting the development of powerlifting talent. This research is of a qualitative type, which is based on direct content analysis using existing literature and interviews with 15 selected experts (including officials of the boards, heads of powerlifting committees, international powerlifting judges and international powerlifting champions) Purposive sampling was performed. The analysis of the existing literature revealed three categories of infrastructural, technical-sports and social background factors effective in the development of powerlifting talent, which were expanded and completed in the next stage through semi-structured interviews. As a result of the analysis, four categories of infrastructural factors of talent acquisition and education and training of athletes, hardware equipment, budget and financial affairs, management and planning, two categories of the development of coaches and human resources, sports competitions and camps formed the technical-sports factors; Motivation and support of human resources were also included in the category of social background which used MAXQDA software for data analysis. Therefore, the development of powerlifting sport requires improving the social situation, basic infrastructure and technical factors. The purpose of the research is to design and explain the road map for the development of sports in Kurdistan province. The research method was a type of strategic study based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research community consisted of two informational communities (scientific resources and libraries, executive documents, media content) and the human community (managers, coaches, athletes, referees, academic professors). The statistical sample was selected and evaluated in a meaningful and accessible manner. The research instrument consisted of four tools: library study, interview, questionnaire and Delphi technique. The research findings included several sections. First, the province's sport status was described based on key indicators. Then compare it with other provinces and determine its national status. Subsequently, for areas of excision, part, subclass and special axes, capabilities and challenges were identified. Similarly, the distinction between the needs and the objectives of the development of each field was determined. Based on the requirements for each area of policy analysis and strategy at the executive was offered. Then, an inter-organizational work pattern was developed to achieve the goals and function appropriately. In general, Kurdistan in between provinces of the country, do not have a good status and is a part of the third brigade (undeveloped). The purpose of this research was to identify human resource strategies based on strategic reference points in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research method of the current study is descriptive-analytical and mixed methods. The statistical community of this research was made up of managers, assistants and experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The sampling method was purposeful. The statistical sample of this research included 12 managers, assistants and expert experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth whose specialty was human resources. The research tool was an interview, and in the end, a combined questionnaire was obtained through the interview and the review of the Bamberger and Musholm integrated model, which was analyzed by the elite. In this research, the method of strategic reference points was used as an efficient method. The results of the research showed that the appropriate strategy for managerial, specialized, and executive jobs in the Ministry of Sports and Youth is a committed strategy, and for service jobs, it is a secondary strategy. It is also a suitable strategy for human resource development subsystems, performance evaluation and reward, and relations with employees in managerial, specialized and committed executive jobs and secondary service jobs. Therefore, it is suggested that in selecting employees in the Ministry of Sports and Youth, high accuracy, wide support of the career path, wide flexibility, and supply and promotion from within should be prioritized, and in the pay structure, the emphasis should be on the stability of the procedure.

The aim of this research was to conduct future scenario planning for organizational and corporate brands in the Iranian sports industry. The present study employed an inductive approach, a fundamental orientation, a mixed method (qualitative-content analysis and quantitative-descriptive analysis) approach, a futures studies strategic perspective, and a complexity paradigm perspective. The participants in this research consisted of university professors and sports brand practitioners. The selection of these individuals was purposeful, and 25 experts were chosen based on their expertise criteria. Data collection in this study was done using interviews and questionnaires. The scenario planning model by Schwartz, which is based on eight stages, was utilized for data collection. To ensure the validity of the qualitative study, the recommended criteria of Guba and Lincoln (1989), including credibility, dependability, transferability, and conformability, was employed. Additionally, for the validation of the quantitative section, formal and content validity were confirmed by eight university professors, and its reliability was confirmed through the test-retest method using Pearson's correlation coefficient (r = 0.823). In the qualitative part of the research, open coding and focused coding were used for data analysis. Furthermore, the method of interaction effect analysis and balance effect analysis was employed, and these analyses were conducted using the software programs MicMac and ScenarioWizard. The findings of this study revealed that in the future of sports brands in the Iranian sports industry, there are 26 sub-themes and 2 main themes (environmental drivers and internal drivers) involved. The Olympic Games is the most important international event for sports in Iran and all countries in the world, so the purpose of this research was to identify the key drivers of the national gymnastics team success in the 2028 Olympics. The research was mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) and its design was of sequential-exploratory type. The participants of research were the Managers of the gymnastics federation, coaches and players of the national gymnastics team, and international gymnastics coaches and referees of the country. The sampling method was snowball and based on theoretical saturation, 16 people were selected. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data, and Lincoln and Guba (1985) criteria were used for its audit. In order to analyze the data the coding method, the fuzzy Delphi and the structural analysis method were used. By analyzing the interviews, 62 initial concepts were gathered into 38 final concepts. Then, by performing a fuzzy Delphi screening, 16 effective factors were identified and finally it was determined that talent acquisition and talent development, investment in women's sports, sports diplomacy of the gymnastics federation and the number of participants in the Olympic Games are four driving forces for the success of the national gymnastics team in the 2028 Olympics. As a result, it is necessary to take into account their situation in designing the plans and actions of the national gymnastics team in the 2028 Olympics because any action and change on they will cause reactions and changes on other indicators.

This study is to explain a model of institutionalization of sports low based on civil liability of sports clubs. The research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of field nature. The statistical population included managers and coaches of sports clubs. 385 people were selected as the sample. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire in two parts: descriptive characteristics and specialized questions. In the data analysis section, the structural equation modeling method with partial least squares approach and using Pilates software was used to comprehensively study the conceptual model of the research.
The findings showed that the legal environment of club management with a path coefficient of 0/820 was of a positive and significant effect on the legal system, the legal system with a path coefficient of 0/829 had a positive and significant effect on the legal development of club management.
Based on the findings, it can be acknowledged that the most important consequences of legal institutionalization and civil liability in sports clubs include real observance of justice in dealing with offending sports clubs, response of sports clubs to customer complaints, attention to legal criteria and accountability in formulating club management and marketing programs. Taking legal issues into the decision-making and oversight priorities of sports club management will reduce the harm caused by legal challenges in sports clubs. Therefore, it is suggested to improve the control of club-related legal affairs by strengthening the supervisory mechanisms and emphasizing financial transparency in sports club management and promoting the transparency of laws for customers.

The study is to identify the factors affecting the development of Iran's sports tourism industry. It was applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of strategy. The statistical population consisted of all available studies on the development of sports tourism. Due to the nature of the research, the sampling method was purposive and a total of 21 studies were selected. In order to analyze the initial research, the effect size was used separately for each study, and the effect size was combined with two models of fixed and random effects. The effect size index was r index, which was calculated using CMA software version 2.
The results showed that the most impact among the factors affecting the development of sports tourism with an effect size of 0/786 belongs to the service factor, followed by the factors of attractions related to mountaineering and Nodi Cave and management were in the second to third ranks. It was also found that the information factor was of the least impact on the development of sports tourism.
Based on the research results, it is suggested to sports tourism officials to pay attention to the development and improvement of services as the most important institution affecting the development of sports tourism in designing tourism development programs.
