The aim of this study was to investigate the Communication model of bureaucratic culture on the self-development behavior of the staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Hormozgan Province, taking into account the mediating role of creativity. The statistical population of the study was 126 employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Hormozgan province. Due to the limited population, the statistical sample was considered as a total number of the population, however, the data of 111 returned questionnaires were analyzed. And analyzed. The main tool for data collection was a standard questionnaire. Denison's Bureaucratic Culture Questionnaire (1990), Liao and Wu Organizational Creativity Questionnaire (2013) and Peralta Self-Development Questionnaire (2008) were used to measure the variables. To test the hypotheses and model fit, modeling of path-structural equations with partial least squares approach was considered using SPSS software version 20 and smart PLS version 2. The findings showed; Bureaucratic culture has a negative and significant effect on self-development behavior and creativity of employees, but creativity has a positive and significant effect on self-development behavior of these employees. Managers can create a suitable and non-bureaucratic cultural atmosphere in the organization and make the rules and procedures of work flexible, give independence of action and delegate authority in a timely manner, strengthen mutual cooperation and teamwork, the grounds for creativity and self-development behaviors. The issue of technology and innovation of sports organizations in the contemporary era is evaluated as an effective process on the performance of the organization. The purpose of this study was to develop a model of an innovative sports organization in order to realize the vision document of Iran 1404 and its relationship with the performance of selected sports organizations. The research method in the qualitative part was interview with emphasis on phenomenological method and the quantitative part was with a questionnaire and descriptive-survey type. In the qualitative part, sampling was performed using the snowball method by 10 elites and three coding steps (open, axial and selective) were performed. In order to answer the questionnaire, 324 students and professors of sports management used non-random sampling method. SPSS software and PLS software were used in small quantities. Results: Effective solutions have a positive and significant effect on effective factors and a negative and significant effect on barriers. Obstacles also have a negative and significant impact on the effective factors and the model of an innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document. Finally, the results showed that the effective factors have a significant impact on the model of the innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document. Also, the customer perspective is the financial perspective, the perspective of internal processes, the perspective of learning and growth and performance of sports organizations. Therefore, it can be said that the innovative sports organization There is a connection.

The purpose of the research was to investigate the role of Elite Sports in creating a national brand and positive image of Iran in the world. Also, the current research is based on data search, has a qualitative nature and is based on data base theory and is of the type of applied research. The statistical population of the research was made up of 15 members of the academic faculty of the university in the department of sports management and marketing, directors of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the National Olympic Committee, elite athletes and coaches active in the field of championship sports. The interview with the statistical sample was selected purposefully. Based on the results of the analysis of the qualitative data obtained from the interview, the presentation of the final model includes: sports dimensions (4 core codes), performance dimensions (3 core codes), social dimensions (2 core codes), marketing dimensions (2 core codes), government dimensions (2 core codes), Media dimensions (2-axis codes) are tourism dimensions (2-axis codes). Therefore, it is suggested that, considering the effect of the cooperation between the diplomatic system and the sports system in setting up international sports agreements in developing a positive image of the country, it is suggested that each of the relevant organizations identify the limits of their authority, help and cooperate in moving forward and enter into more agreements with Other countries of the world should work more to develop a positive image of the country.

The research method was qualitative with interview with emphasis on phenomenological method and quantitative with questionnaire and descriptive-survey type. In the qualitative section, the statistical population consisted of 15 people who were selected by the snowball method of 10 elites and three coding steps (open, axial and selective) were performed. According to the research results, effective strategies in creating an innovative sports organization, the effect of a positive and significant effect on the effective factors in creating an innovative sports organization (β=0/226, p=0/005) and a negative and significant effect on obstacles to creating an innovative sports organization (β=0/756, p=0/001). Also, the obstacles to creating an innovative sports organization are of a negative and significant effect on the effective factors in creating an innovative sports organization (β=-0/232, p= 0/001) and the model of an innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document (β=-0/626, p=0/001). Finally, the results showed that the effective factors in creating an innovative sports organization have a positive and significant effect on the model of an innovative sports organization in order to achieve the vision document (β=0/489, p=0/001).
As a result, it can be said that there is a relationship between the innovative sports organization in order to realize the vision document of Iran 1404 with the performance of selected sports organizations and its components.

Achieving success and good performance of athletes in sports competitions is one of the topics that have attracted the most attention of sports organizations in different countries. The aim of the study was to identifying the factors influencing the success of Iranian basketball with the foundation's data approach. The present study was applied in terms of practical purpose and was of qualitative research type with Grand Theory method (Foundation Data Theory). The statistical population consists of experts who have scientific, executive or both specializations in the field of sports management. In the present study, the opinions of 15 experts were collected during a semi-structured interview in a targeted manner to reach theoretical saturation. The reliability of the interviews was also obtained by using the method of studying the agreement within the subject matter of 0.78. To analyze the data, continuous comparison method has been used during three stages of open, central and selective coding. The results showed that 205 codes were obtained in the open source code phase and 11 axes in axial coding, and finally the model of Iran's basketball success paths was presented with eight factors: talent search, management, economic, political, social and cultural, education, environment and athlete. Therefore, supporting basic teams, defining a specific process for identifying brilliant talents and observing justice in the distribution of facilities, forming an think tank to support sports champions, a central program for generating income is suggested.
