The purpose of this research is to Development of Strategic Map of Elite Iranian Sports. In terms of the method of collecting information, the present research was of a mixed type (qualitative and quantitative), in which the required information was obtained in the qualitative part by using individual interviews and the strategic council, and in the quantitative part by using special matrices of strategic studies and pairwise comparison questionnaires. The members of the strategic council included 14 university faculty members, heads of sports federations, managers and deputies of the Ministry of Sports, officials of the National Olympic Committee, general managers of sports and youth in the provinces, elite athletes in selected sports, coaches and referees. In order to analyze and quantitatively analyze the information, as well as obtain more accurate information about the verification of the framework, starting from the study of the theoretical foundations and the background of the research, and by preparing an interview guide, conducting qualitative interviews and analyzing it, using the structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) technique. Using the structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) technique, the strategic map of the country's championship sports was compiled and 11 strategies counted in 5 levels were included in the strategic map of the championship sports.

This research was conducted with the aim of designing a model for the development of public sports based on new technologies such as social networks. a qualitative method and a systematic Grounded theory were applied on this study. The statistical population includes Faculty members of universities and the General Directorate of Sports and Youth and the General Board of Sports who were interviewed. The number of samples extracted from the research components that reached theoretical saturation is 14. To analyze the data, a systematic approach including three main steps of open coding, axial coding and selectie coding was used. During the process of open coding, a total of 424 primary codes were obtained without considering overlaps, and in the next step, 83 common concepts were obtained based on overlaps and similarities, which formed 24 axial codes. Finally, the obtained conceptual codes defined 10 categories for us, based on which the final research model was drawn. Based on the findings, causal factors include professional needs, cultural needs; Background factors include infrastructure and soft substrates; Intervening factors include specialized mechanisms, general mechanisms, strategies include structural development, support; The consequences include macro development, health-oriented development. Therefore, it can be concluded that by using investment opportunities in the field of media productions related to public sports, special attention should be paid and all the efforts and power of sports organizations should be in the direction of using the capacity of sports elites and prominent figures in social networks in order to promote public sports.

The present study aimed to identify the factors influencing the branding of Nowruz Games, specifically for women. The research was conducted within an interpretive paradigm, employing a qualitative approach and a thematic analysis research strategy. Participants included university professors specializing in sports and marketing management, and experts, and researchers in sports event management. Seventeen participants were selected through purposive sampling using the snowball technique and formed the expert panel for this study. Data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews, and the open and axial coding processes were performed using MAXQDA software, version 2022. The hidden content analysis of the interviews revealed 213 initial propositions with a total frequency of 649 instances. Nine main themes were identified in order of importance: marketing strategies, cultural factors, technical and specialized factors, public relations and communication, event management, motivational factors, managerial factors, smart advertising, media, and the role of public and private sponsors. Women who perform well in these competitions can serve as an inspiration to other women in sports. Expanding the brand of these competitions will enhance the recognition of the abilities of Iranian female athletes. The Ministry of Sports can foster a more interactive culture by creating social platforms. Organizers of the Nowruz Games should consider the needs of women to provide an environment where they can actively participate and showcase their talents.

This research aims to Development of a comprehensive model for evaluating the performance of sports Committees (case study:Tehran Province) using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative section of the study employed grounded theory to examine the opinions and experiences of experts, elites, and professionals in competitive sports. The statistical population included university faculty members, heads of sports federations, managers from the Ministry of Sports, and other relevant experts. Data collection utilized theoretical and snowball sampling methods, continuing until theoretical saturation was reached, ultimately gathering the necessary data for grounded theory analysis through 15 interviews. In the quantitative section, statistical methods such as correlation and structural equation modeling, along with the Dematel mathematical method, were used to analyze the collected data. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through face validity, and its reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results indicated a high reliability of the questionnaires, with Cronbach's alpha values exceeding 0.70 across all categories. Data analysis revealed that management and leadership, human resources, and financial resources in the input dimension, participation in competitions, national development, and talent identification activities in the process dimension, and finally, discipline development, international success, and medal achievement in the output dimension play significant roles in the motivation and performance of athletes, which will have the greatest impact on designing a comprehensive performance evaluation system. The findings of this research can assist policymakers and sports managers in Tehran province in designing a performance evaluation system for sports committees in developing competitive sports programs.

The study is to develop a canvas business model for sport club’s mascot. For this purpose and to get deep analysis, qualitative method of focus group was used. In this regard, experts who were aware of the subject elected as statistic group. Statistic sample was included of 7 experts from Iran's mascot workgroup in Ministry of Sport and Youth which was included faculty members from sport sciences research institute of Iran and sport managers in Ministry of Sport and Youth. To develop business model canvas, 3 sessions were hold and results gotten as follow: 7 concepts were found in value proposition part. In costumer part 15 concepts (6 concepts in customer segment, 5 concepts in distribution channel, and 6 concepts in customer relationship) were found. 13 concepts were found in infrastructure management part (5 concepts in key resources, 2 concepts in key activities and 5 concepts in key partners). At last, 8 concepts were found in finance aspect (6 concepts in revenue stream, 3 concepts in cost structure). Sport club mangers can use the research results to identify the found rising, cost parts, potential customers and costumer values of mascot. Also, understanding the communication channels and the sort of the relation can help the club to engage its fans.
