The study is to investigate the factors affecting the attraction the capital of real people in the development of sports clubs through the stock exchange. It is a qualitative-quantitative study that was conducted in the qualitative section by interviewing with 15 selected experts. (By quality purposive sampling). In the analysis of literature related to investment factors in the stock market, three categories including infrastructural, financial, and social factors in the development of sports clubs were identified, which in the next stage of semi-structural interviews, components related to each of category were defined. The analysis yielded 49 codes and 11 subcategories. The statistical populations in quantitative part were 370 investors who had invested in the stock exchange in the second half of 1399. Infrastructural factors included (general and specific facilities of the club, stable sources of income, effective management structure of the club suitable for business activities); financial and transactional factors (regulations, supportive and transparent out -look); and social context (advertising, investment culture, social support and business planning). Therefore, capital attraction in the development of sports clubs is influenced by several factors, the achievement of which requires well-planned planning and inter-organizational coordination. The Ministry of Sports and Youth should take action by passing supportive laws and developing appropriate structures for the development of private clubs.
