The aim of this study was to investigate the effect value on Iranian soccer league fans regarding the mediating role of customer valyes. Researches method was applied in terms of the goal and data collection method was descriptive – correlation. Statistical population of the study includes all spectators of Iranian professional soccer league which their number is infinite. Due to unavaibility of the number of spectators, we included spectators of maches between Persepolis – Sepahan and Esteghlal – Tractorsazi teams. In order to calculate the sample size we used Morgan table (n=384). Data collection tool of the study is standard questionnaire of bubin (1994), mahoni (2000) and wang et al (2004). The questionnaire includes 3 dimensions, 7 components and 30 questions which its formal and content validity was considered in primary study and its reliability was confirmed usind Cronbach's Alpha for perceived value (0/83), customer values (0/70) and loyalty (0/75). In this research, we used content and structure validity to determine questionnaire's validity. In order to examine reliability, we used Cronbach's Alpha and composite reliability which shows reliability and validity measurement tools. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software. Findings show that the effect of perceived value on loyalty through customer value is (0/91). The effect perceived value on loyalty is (0/62) and the effect of perceived value on customer value (0/88 ) and customer value on loyalty is (0/33 ) significant and positive.

Establishing a favorable balance between the tourism potential of a resource and the extent to which customers are using them is very important and forms the basis of tourism system planning for the development of sports activities. The study is to determine the capacity of sportswear for mountain tourism. In this regard, by identifying three types of physical, real and effective bearing capacity, efforts have been made to planners and designers of such spaces to provide a very reliable basis for decision making and planning for sustainable development. Initially, by using the registration of ground points and preparing land use map using the GIS tool, 165 hectares of the area were selected as useful and usable areas. In the next step, the required parameters were extracted and calculated by examining the records, obtaining the users' votes and the theoretical foundations of the research. Five limiting factors and eleven subsample parameters were used as the coefficient for calculating the actual bearing capacity of the study site. In order to rank the site management capability parameters, a researcher-made questionnaire (Likert spectrum) was provided to users with a history of 384 people. Meanwhile, the highest percentage belonged to the drinking water parameter (4/4) and the lowest point belonged to the parking parameter (1.93). Finally, the physical, real and effective bearing capacity of the study site was estimated (660000, 70686 and 40291) per day.

The study is to identify the effect of leadership styles on job enthusiasm with the mediating role of their glass cliff phenomenon in female managers of sports organizations of Iran. The methodology of this research is applied in terms of purpose and data collection was descriptive-correlation that was done as a survey. The statistical population was all female managers working in sports organizations throughout the country. The statistical sample of this study was selected according to the unlimited population using the random cluster sampling method (n=400). The research tools were Chalushtari Transformational-Interactive Leadership Styles Questionnaire (2010), Lab Service Server Leadership (1999), Shaofli and Salanova's Job Enthusiasm (2007) and Nasiri Cliff Glass (2015). The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by sports experts. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha of 0/87, 0/89, 0/90 and 0/87, respectively. Data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics and with the help of SPSS & PLS softwares occurred. The results showed that there is a negative and significant effect between the leadership styles of managers and the phenomenon of glass cliff and between the phenomenon of glass clif on women's job desire. Leadership styles also affect managers' job enthusiasm. Finally, the positive and significant effect of managers' leadership style on job enthusiasm was confirmed through the mediating role of glass cliff. Overall, based on the findings of the study, it can be stated that given today's changes, especially in the environment where women are managers, managers can be effective in increasing women's job aspirations by using leadership styles and dimensions.
