The purpose of this study was to present a performance management model of the National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical population of the present study included some former and current managers of the National Olympic Committee as well as professors of sports management specializing in performance evaluation, which was done by purposive sampling to achieve theoretical saturation and finally 11 people were selected as the sample (4 managers and 7 university professors). They also responded to a multi-criteria decision-making questionnaire to prioritize codes. The instruments used in this study included a semi-structured interview and a multi-criteria decision questionnaire containing 101 items. In order to study and analyze the research data, the grounded theory method was used using the Glaser model and then Shannon entropy method was used to process the data and prioritize them. Based on the research findings, 7 general components were identified as key areas of performance management of the National Olympic Committee, which in terms of importance, including client, organizational issues, education, international domain, social performance, financial performance and environmental performance, respectively. It is suggested that the National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while paying attention to the seven identified categories, pay attention to the issue of service delivery and follow-up of client problems by forming a service desk (face-to-face) and a request tracking system (electronic).

The purpose of this research was to provide a human resources empowerment model based on virtual training in national sports organizations in post-corona conditions. The research method was qualitative with thematic analysis approach. The participants of the research included scientific experts (university) and executive experts (managers and experts) in the field of the research topic. The number of samples was selected according to the theoretical saturation of 14 people. Sampling was also done by a judgmental (targeted) method. The research tool was semi-exploratory interview (semi-directed) along with its supplementary library study. The validity of the instrument and the results of the research was evaluated and confirmed based on the content validity of the interview framework by expert researchers and the level of agreement between the two coders. Based on the results of 84 conceptual codes extracted in 30 sub-themes, 11 main themes and 5 general categories were framed, five general categories in the order of effectiveness-effectiveness and the main themes of their sub-categories including background-situational factors (organizational challenges of the Corona era) comprehensive digital transformation, new requirements of job training), capacity-technical factors (information and communication technology capacity of organizations, organizational learning capability), process-functional factors (localization of virtual empowerment, implementation system efficiency, virtual job training capability) , individual-ability factors (employees' technological literacy, professional learning ability) and performance-consequence factors (human resource capability and organizational sustainability). The study is to identify the effective factors on development of electronic marketing capability in professional sport of Iran. This study is a descriptive, and in view of objective, is a practical research. A questionnaire was made by the researcher, based on Likert 5 option scale, and its validity is confirmed by professionals and professors. Moreover, its reliability is examined by Cronbach’s alpha test. Populations consist of 2 groups (80 people), which involve Faculty members of Marketing Management field (20 peoples) and Faculty members of Sport Management (60 people) field. In regard to limitation of populations, the number of samples was equals to populations and sampling method is all-counting. Descriptive statistics are utilized for describing Demographic status of respondents and their responses to research questions as well, and Partial least squares regression test are used in inferential statistics. For this reason, soft wares as PLS, MS-Excel and SPSS version 18 are operated. The Results Showed that factors include management factors, knowledge management, customer relationship management, strategies, environmental and competitive factors, website features, organizational culture, supply chain management, brand factors and resources, with significant priorities respectively, were effective factors on electronic marketing capability in professional sport of Iran.
