Intellectual capital and knowledge management are new and cross field subjects that can greatly improve the productivity of the Ministry of Youth and Sport as an organization. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge management and intellectual capital and productivity at Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research method was correlation and applied one. The population of this study were the staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth (600 person) that 234 persons were selected by simple random sampling, according to Morgan korjecy. The instrument for collecting data and information was 3 questionnaire of human resource productivity of Jahed(2006), adapted from Acheave model, knowledge management of Salehi(2010) borrowed from the Newman model and intellectual capital of bontis(2009) was adapted from the Bontis model. To determine the content validity of questionnaires, made available to the ten masters of sport management and they have been consulted about the research questions. After applying their advices, the final form of the questionnaire was provided to participants. The cronbach Alpha method in order 0.85, 0.87, 0.81 them into account has been determined. In this study, the relationship between intellectual capital and productivity, as well as the relationship between knowledge management and productivity was determined by Pearson correlation coefficient. Anova was also used to explain the relationship between them. The results showed there is a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital and human productivity and Intellectual capital and knowledge management can predicting productivity in Ministry of Sport and Youth.
