The article is to investigate the relationship between the level of socioeconomic status and the social health of youth. The aim is to determine the status and level of social health to determine the extent and the effect of the socio-economic base on social health, and finally to provide practical solutions to improve the social health of the population. The Keiz's theory of social well-being and Weber's theory have been used to explain the socio-economic base as a theoretical framework. The method of the research is survey and its statistical population is the youth of 18-29 years old in Qorveh city. Sampling method is simple random method. A questionnaire was used for collecting information from Keiz's social health standard questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS software and analyzed by ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. According to the findings, there is an inverse relationship between the level of socio-economic status and the social prosperity of young people's social status, meaning that the higher the socio-economic base, the lower the social flourishing, and vice versa, but there is a direct relationship between the economic and social base of young people and other dimensions of social health (social solidarity, social acceptance, social participation, and social cohesion). That is, the higher the economic-social base, the more these components also increase, and vice versa.
