The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of jihadist management factors on the behavioral commitment of sport managers in Iran based on the guidelines of the revolutionary leader in sport. The statistical population including all senior managers of the country (n = 900) which was determined by simple random method and based on Cochran table statistical sample (n = 300). The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was designed and developed in the role of the mass media of 23 questions in 3 subscales (structural dimension, contextual dimension and ethical dimension) and in the behavioral commitment section 12 questions. Validity of the questionnaire was assessed using content validity and construct validity and reliability of Cronbach's alpha coefficient. SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis. The results showed that the correlation matrix showed the highest correlation between ethical dimension and behavioral commitment (0.587) and the least correlation between behavioral commitment and contextual dimension (0.342). Also, the most direct impact is related to the Jihadist-behavioral management pathway and the least direct impact is to the structural-Jihadist management pathway and the proposed model has a good fit. Therefore, jihadist management in the organization means an indigenous organization based on Iranian Islamic culture that, by having certain characteristics and characteristics, provides the ground for the emergence of spiritual endeavor and, by increasing the motivation of managers and staff, contributes to the continuous participation and effort in them. Provides the goals of the organization.

The purpose of this study was to design and develop a model of legal dimensions of economic crimes in professional sport. The method of the study was mixed. The statistical population in the qualitative part included the elites of the economic and legal field in sports, which was done using purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation technique. In addition to the economic and legal elites in sports, the statistical population of this study includes some senior managers of public and private sports organizations in Iran, including managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, sports federations and municipal sports organizations, as well as some senior managers of clubs. Iranian professionals, which included 276 people. Data collection tools in the study included a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by examining the opinions of experts, the validity of the structure using factor analysis test and also its reliability according to the calculation of Cronbach's alpha (total alpha = 0.85). The results showed that in the qualitative part, which was done through content analysis and open, axial and selective coding in the form of five general components of causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, main phenomenon, actions and consequences. Also, the quantitative results of the research showed that the amount of T corresponding to each factor has a significant effect and the whole framework of the legal dimensions of economic crimes in professional sports was approved and the research model has a good fit.

The study is to conceptualize the instrument of determining the indices of sport affecting the brand of the country. The statistical population of this study was elite sports management, including faculty members, heads of sports federations, as well as selected directors and expert experts of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (N=400). Based on the Morgan table, 144 people were randomly selected as samples. The instrument for measuring the questionnaire was 50 questionnaires that affected the brand of the country. The formal and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the professors of sport management. Descriptive indexes were used to describe the data. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability, test (KMO) and Bartlett's sprite to determine the adequacy of sampling and confirmatory factor analysis for determining the structural validity in SPSS and LISREL software.
The research findings indicated a reliability of 0/0944 for the questionnaire. Regarding the construct validity, 50 questions had a significant relationship with the factors. X2/df (1.90), RMSAE = 0.772, NFI = 0.91, NNFI =0. 90, CFI= 0.94, GFI= 0.94, AGFI=0.92 fit the questionnaire was approved. Also, regarding the relationship of factors with the brand concept of the country, the results showed that all factors could be a good predictor for this concept.
As a result, the internal and external validity of the questionnaire of determining the indices of sport affecting the brand of the country was confirmed.
