The present study was one of the qualitative researches that was conducted in the field. The qualitative method used in the present study was of the grand theory type. Participants in the present study included knowledgeable experts. Participants in this study were sampled using purposive sampling with homogeneous sampling selection approach and at the same time with maximum diversity. This issue was formed until the theoretical saturation was reached. Finally, 16 interviews were conducted in this regard. These people included experts who were fully acquainted with the subject of the present study. In other words, from a scientific and practical point of view, he had valuable records in this regard. The data collection tool in the present study was a semi-structured interview. The results of the present study showed that the underlying conditions include social dynamics, social convergence, social knowledge, motivational system and managerial transformation. The purpose of the present research was to design a model to avoid employee withdrawal behaviors in sports organizations. The current research method is based on a qualitative approach to the foundation data method, which was conducted in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection in the field. The selected sports committees of Gorgan city who have management experience of more than 5 years and masters and doctoral education and were selected by purposeful or theoretical sampling method (20 people). The research tool was a semi-structured interview that continued until the theoretical saturation stage. Acceptability, transferability and verifiability methods were used for the validity and reliability of the research. The qualitative approach of grounded theory was used for open, central and selective coding, and open coding was done by analyzing the interviews. Based on the identified open codes, the central codes were formed and the theoretical model was developed with the help of selective coding, then the paradigm model was approved by the opinion of experts. The behavior pattern of employee withdrawal in sports organizations affected by individual, organizational, managerial and job-related factors and taking into account extractive strategies (support, psychological empowerment, planning and supervision) which are affected by background conditions (recruitment and employment) and intervening conditions (laws, human and environmental resources), can lead to personal and professional consequences for the employees of sports organizations.

The purpose of this research was to design a model of the challenges of using social networks in sports organizations in order to attract teenagers and young people to participate in sports and physical activity. A qualitative research with a systematic exploratory approach was chosen. The statistical population included two parts of human resources (professors and managers) and information sources (books, articles, documents, media). Sampling was done in a sufficient number and with a judgment method based on reaching theoretical saturation (18 people). Research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the instrument was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method with a systemic analysis approach was used. Based on the extracted conceptual framework, it included 3 core codes, 8 categories and 28 open codes. The categories included economic, political/legal factors, the status of social networks, the content of social networks, organization, planning, human resources, and communication, which were placed in three core codes: internal, organizational, and extra-organizational. Therefore, it can be concluded that; By creating a convergence between media and sports science experts and creating a field of cooperation for them by the organizations in charge of sports in the country as well as the national media, it can create expert working groups that can prepare appropriate and practical programs and help people's tendency to physical activity.

The study is to examine the operating model of the mediating role of organizational agility and organizational innovation in the causal relationship between intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship in Iran’s Ministry of Sport and Youth. This was an applied, qualitative and correlational-survey research with the structural equation modeling approach. The statistical population included 890 employees of Iran’s Ministry of Sport and Youth, out of which 268 were randomly selected as the sample based on Krejcie and Morgan table. The following four questionnaires were used to collect the data: Bontis’ Intellectual Capital (2000), Sharifi and Zhang’s Organizational Agility (1999), Nasution’s Organizational Innovation (2011), and Brown’s Organizational Entrepreneurship (1997). Path analysis by LISREL using the Sobel test to determine the specific indirect effects showed that organizational agility is of a significant mediating role in the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship; organizational innovation has also a significant mediating role in the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship in Iran’s Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research model explanation indicates the high importance of intellectual capital, organizational agility, innovation, and entrepreneurship. These variables can, in an organizational work environment, contribute to organizational goals and improve performance.

This research aims to study the relationship between leadership styles with change management abilities among Iranian super-leagues coaches. Study population included all Iranian super-leagues players (volleyball, basketball, badminton, wrestling, karate) (N =390). The samples included 309 players. They were randomly selected from the super-leagues. Coaches leadership style and change management abilities were measured by MLQ (1996) and karnal (1991) questionnaires. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire in the target population were examined and approved at α=0.05. In order to data analysis descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were employed. In order to determine the relationship between leadership styles and change management abilities, pearson correlation coefficient was used. Results show that there was a significant positive relationship between leadership style and change management abilities among Iranian super-leagues coaches.
