The study is to present a model for the impact of transformational leadership on the creativity of the Ministry of Sports and Youth staff. It is worth noting that this study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population was 1171 employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth that 370 people were randomly selected as the sample. The research tools were: “transformational leadership questionnaires” of Bass and Avolio (2004), “Creativity” of George and Zhou Employees (2001), “Creative Self-Efficacy” of Karwowski et al. (2013) and Dul and Ceylan “Physical Work Environment” (2011). The formal and content validity of the research instrument was confirmed by a group of expert professors and the validity of its structure was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis based on the structural equation model. The reliability of the questionnaires was also reported using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To analyze the data, SPSS software, SPASS. Sample Power, Amos and Smart PLS. were used.
The results showed that transformational leadership increases employee creativity. Creative self-efficacy also acts as a mediator and physical work environment as a moderator in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity in the Department of Sports and Youth. Based on the results, it can be said that the managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth should pay more attention to the physical work environment in the workplace and their management policies, which will increase creativity in employees. The managers should also pay attention to the physical aspects of the physical work environment, which stimulates and enhances the positive mood in employees and makes their thinking more creative.

The study is to explore the experience of Iran’s elite female basketball players of abuse in their coach-athlete relationship and its effect on the players’ perceived coaching effectiveness.
The sampling method was headcount. All the 230 Iran’s female basketball players from Division I and Super League teams (a total of 21 teams, 11 of which from the Super League and 10 teams from Division) participated in the research. The data was gleaned from three sources: “Coaches’ Abuse Scale” (CAS) by Boloorizadeh (2013) with 16 items (α=0/88), “Coach-Athlete Relationship Questionnaire” (CART-Q) by Jowett and Ntoumanis with 11 items (α=0/88), and the “Perceived Coaching Effectiveness Scale” by Kavassanu et al. (2008) with 24 items (α=0/92). Descriptive analyses were used to summarize the data. To investigate the research question, the variables were entered in the structural equation modeling and tested using Lisrel 8/5.
The results of SEM revealed that abusive behavior occurs in a coach-athlete relationship and the effect is direct and negative (β=-59). So, its effect is on the perceived coaching effectiveness (β=-492). It also uncovered that the variables of the coach- athlete relationship have a positive effect on the athletes’ perception of coaching effectiveness ((β=0/78).
It can be inferred that if the coaches need a positive relationship with their athletes and require them to have a positive perception of their coaching effectiveness, they should be aware of their own behavioral tendencies and consequences.

The research is to study the effect of lifestyle and media literacy on social identity in sports organizations. 384 employees of the General Departments of Sports and Youth of the whole country participated in the research voluntarily using cluster sampling method and answered the social identity questionnaire of Saffarinia (2011) with 20 statements, the media literacy questionnaire by Filsafi (2014) included 22 questions as well as Lifestyle Questionnaire (QSL) Lali et al. (2012) including 70 questions. The validity of the questionnaires was reported more than 0/70 using face validity and opinions of 10 experts and the reliability coefficient using Cronbach's alpha method was optimal. In the analyzed part, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the distribution of findings and path analysis method and structural equation model were used for data analysis. The results showed that there was a sufficient fit between the research model (RMSEA = 0/09) and also the fit indices of GFI, CFI and NFI were 0/85, 0/89 and 0/88, respectively. In addition, there was a significant and direct relationship lifestyle and social identity (t = 2/74 and R = 21), significant and direct relationship between media literacy and social identity (t = 5/22 and R = 44) and significant and direct relationship between lifestyle and media literacy (t = 5/22 and R = 44).
