This study was conducted to identify the consequences of privatization in sports in the country. The method of research is qualitative and exploratory analysis, which is done by the method of theme analysis. In order to collect information, in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts and specialists in the field of sports, people with university education (faculty members) and people with managerial experience in sports organizations and institutions, coaches and sports elites were used. Data analysis in the coding process with the help of MAXQDA software led to the identification of 30 categories in the form of two central codes of positive and negative consequences of sports privatization. Interpretation and analysis of research findings showed that the negative consequences of privatization at the level of sports in the country are more than the positive consequences and there are the widest negative consequences of privatization at the managerial and club level.

In order to perform spatial analysis operations, the GIS was used based on which spatial and descriptive data collection, database formation and spatial position of available sports venues were determined based on each criterion. In order to prioritize the area of the area based on the criteria, after creating a database for each criterion, a map was prepared. Finally, by summarizing the maps, the lands of the range of 5 spectrums with a very favorable, appropriate, moderate, inappropriate and very desirable degree Inappropriate for building various sports venues. Based on the results of the research, 70% of the sports venues in the Kerman area are in a suitable and perfectly suitable location and 30% have moderate and inappropriate status. It is suggested that sport managers, based on the results of this research, in addition to being aware of the status of sports venues in the range, can be more confident than building a variety of places.
