The study is to compare performance evaluation in the field of the success indicators of technical affairs in the racket federations (tennis, table tennis, badminton and squash) between the status quo and the desired situation. The statistical population consisted of 207 heads and vice chairmen, secretaries, heads of provincial councils and heads of specialized committees of four Islamic Republic of Iran racket sporting federations. Based on the sampling formula, the sample size of the study were 134 people. The used method was targeted sampling. Is a high reliability and desirable questionnaire. In order to extract the load, exploratory factor analysis method was used. For analyzing the data, descriptive statistics and Friedman test were used. The results of the research indicated that the benchmarking model for elite sport; in the Squash Federation, the two sub criteria (for acquiring executive boards in the World Federation and Asia and the results achieved in international competitions); in the tennis federation, two sub criteria (Increasing the number of Asian and international tournaments); in the Badminton Federation, two sub criteria (annual program developed by the National Team and the Attendance in Thousands of Athletes ranking); in tennis federation, two sub criteria (annual program developed by the National Team and the Attendance of Thousands of Athletes ranking; In the results of the general evaluation of the performance of racket federations, two sub criteria for holding national teams competitions and organizing national leagues were important.
