the purpose of this study is to design a model with non-financial parameters in the priority of investment in social affairs (with emphasis on the National Paralympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran). The present study is applied in terms of purpose and according to the division according to the method of inference, is descriptive and exploratory. The research questionnaire was made by the researcher and its validity by experts consists of 2 groups of experts. This group of experts includes experts, university professors and specialists in the field of profit management and ethical principles. In this study, descriptive statistical indicators have been used to examine and analyze information related to the general characteristics of respondents and in the inferential and significant statistics section, the effects of variables on each other have been used using structural equations with partial least squares approach. For this purpose, SMART PLS, EXPERT CHOICE, SPSS and EXCEL softwares were used. The results show that the proposed model has sufficient accuracy and power, and according to the achievements of research on the impact of ethical standards, those in charge of affairs in the National Paralympic Committee can emphasize the promotion policies of attracting investors or proposing projects to individuals. Explain these ethical criteria in accordance with the insights and moral or social values of investors.
