Research has shown that the actions of organizations such as creating environmental infrastructure have played a lesser role in reducing the negative environmental effects of organizations. The purpose of this study is to provide a model for monitoring and evaluating the environmentally friendly behavior of Football Federation employees. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and, in terms of nature and method, is a descriptive survey that has been conducted in a retrospective manner. The statistical population of the study is 205 personnel of the Football Federation, which was surveyed in total. The research tool is the standard questionnaires of green human resource management (Sakhawalker and Tadani, 2013). Amos software was used for analysis and relationships between variables. The results showed that green human resource management is effective on environmentally friendly behavior of employees and environmental performance and the obtained model has sufficient fit. Therefore, environmental management practices affect the organizational commitment of employees. Managers must hire people with appropriate skills and abilities to create areas for learning green knowledge in the organization. Provide green culture training opportunities for staff and expose staff to a variety of training programs..
