The world, especially the world of organizations, is not stable. We are witnessing changes that are not only happening faster than before, but are also discontinuous. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational agility on empowerment with the mediating role of information technology and learning organization of the staff of the country's skating boards. The present study is a correlational study of structural equations based on the present time, in terms of applied purpose, and in terms of collecting field information. The statistical population included all the employees of the country's skating sports delegations, which included 500 people. The statistical sample was 225 people based on Morgan table who were randomly selected. Out of 250 distributed questionnaires, 220 questionnaires could be examined.. From Gabriel, Navarro, Acosta and Wensley (2015) Organizational Agility Questionnaire, Singh Model Learning Organization, developed by Tavassoli (2012), Chenapops Communication Technology, Crerit and Kang (2006) and Matthews, Diaz and Cole Employee Empowerment (2003) was used to measure research variables. Descriptive statistics method was used to describe the means and standard deviation and inferential statistics of structural equation model was used to investigate the causal relationship between variables. The results of structural equations showed that organizational agility has an effect on empowerment with the mediating role of information technology and learning organization of the staff of the country's skating boards. Therefore, organizational agility, information technology and learning organization play an important role for the organizational capability of the staff of the country's skating teams
