Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and structural equation modeling with SPSS23 and AMOS23 software have been used for data analysis. The research results showed that managers' roles include: personal, informational, decision-making, productive, executive, innovative, combined, designer, supervisor and teacher role, and ethical behavioral components including personal level, social level, legal level and useful level.
