The city of Karaj has special features that distinguish it from other metropolises, including the existence of suburbs and prisons within the city. The purpose of this study is to investigate the social and cultural determinants of crime, which was conducted in 2020. The method of the present research is meta-analysis of the content of texts. The statistical population is the research conducted in the field of crimes and social deviations. The total volume of the samples was 3001, which in addition to showing the importance of the present study can increase the accuracy of the results of the present study. Durkheim's theory of anomie was the most used theory in the reviewed studies. Immigration and peer variables were the most commonly used variables. "Drug use and trafficking" has been studied as a dependent variable more than other crimes and social deviations with four cases in the study. Gender, age and education have been the main variables in explaining crime. Men were more guilty than women and immigrants were more guilty than the natives. The results showed that the findings of the study are consistent with the results of some other studies, but a review of theoretical approaches to crime shows a change in the reading of crime. Also, the results of Chi-square test showed that in spatial analysis of crime, variables of darkness and light, solitude and coziness of crime scene, time of occurrence and locality and population density were significantly associated with the type and extent of crime.

The most complex and ambiguous relationship is the one which exists between a Couple (a husband and a wife). Therefore, to achieve the information about is very difficult and may be impossible in some circumstances. This study was to review a set of factors affecting the divorce systematically. So, all researches and study factors related to divorce were gathered and finally, 23 studies chosen to "Systematic Review". Total sample size of the study population was over 577957 people among the divorced couple that could cause results to be valid any more. There are some theories such as the same theory of wife swapping, network and social stratification and common feature - almost –in all of the studies on divorce in Iran. Take the divorce on the map indicates the extent and causes of divorce based on different cultural and social differences. A unique feature of this study is to identify the models used in the studies on divorce and provide a "Hybrid Theory".

The article is a systematic review of the research done concerning elite migrations or brain drain in Iran, based on meta-analysis method. The outcome of the research findings, collect and disseminate research findings of individual studies to combine and integrate the findings of scientific and applied for, in line with the planning of the most important factors that led to the present systematic review. In this study, a systematic review of methods used. Useful descriptive information on the dimensions of methodological and substantive research has been done in the field of elite migration in Iran. The results show that in this case the dimensions of methodological and theoretical studies are needed to organize and less serious survey has been done in this area. Further studies are planned to assess the tendency to migrate into the elite of the elite migration has been less, such gaps in research in the field of migration and the elite.
