The study is to design a model for leadership components of Emotion Foundation in order to attract talented young people to participate in educational programs. This research has qualitative factors and grounded theory method has been used as the research method. The statistical population of the study includes experts and university professors in the fields of educational management and experts who have done research in this field. These individuals were selected as snowballs for qualitative interviews on the subject of research (12 interviews with 12 Continued until theoretical saturation). The validity of the research tool was reviewed and confirmed by the interviewees and then by expert professors. Reliability was obtained by using the process study audit method of 72.8% results. For data analysis, continuous comparison method was used during the two stages of open and axial coding, and finally 26 concept codes and 5 main categories (axial code) were extracted. These categories include behavior-based, environment-based, reward-based, cognitive-based, and physiological-based. The results of the present study can be used to attract talented young people to participate in organizational and educational programs.
