The purpose of this research was to provide a model of organizational whistleblowing in sports organizations in order to reduce violations. The current research method is based on a qualitative approach to the Foundation's data method (Strauss and Corbin's structured model), which was conducted in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection in the field. The statistical population of this research includes experts who are familiar with the dimensions and components and criteria of organizational whistle-blowing, including university professor researchers (at least two studies in the field of organizational ethics, organizational whistle-blowing, organizational disclosure and other related variables) and current managers and The former are sports organizations (with management experience of more than 5 years) that were selected by purposeful or theoretical sampling (21 people). Acceptability, transferability and verifiability methods were used for the validity and reliability of the research. The qualitative approach of grounded theory was used for open, central and selective coding, and open coding was done by analyzing the interviews. Based on the identified open codes, the central codes were formed and the theoretical model was developed with the help of selective coding, then the paradigm model was approved by the opinion of experts. Organizational whistle-blowing pattern in sports organizations in order to reduce violations, affected by causal conditions (organizational, individual, occupational, communication, nature of violation and leadership style) and considering extractive strategies (management and deterrence) that are affected by background conditions (structure) organization, rules and regulations, infrastructure and facilities).

The present research was designed with the aim of investigating the role of impolite behavior of managers in the workplace on the intention to move employees of sports organizations, considering the mediating role of work participation and responsibility. The current research is a descriptive research which, from the point of view of the objective, is one of the applied researches that was carried out in the field. The current research method is a survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research included all the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and sports federations, but the exact number of these people was not available. According to Cochran's formula of sample size in the condition of uncertain population size; a total of 384 people were identified as the research sample. Available sampling method was used to select research samples. The data collection tool included a standard questionnaire. Structural equation method was used to examine the data of this research. The entire research analysis process was carried out in Ghalib SPS version 20 and PLS version 4 software. The results of this research showed that rude behaviors have a significant effect on responsibility (effect = -0.229; t = 3.169), intention to relocate (effect = 0.393; t = 3.425) and work participation (has an effect of -0.620; t=7.873). The results also showed that responsibility (effect = -0.193; t = 4.290) and work participation (effect = -0.369; t = 12.555) have a significant effect on relocation intention.

The purpose of this study was to compare the problems of sports tourism tours in domestic and foreign events. Purposeful and theoretically saturated sampling was done and in a quantitative part by descriptive-survey method that the statistical population of domestic tours tourists 320 people by Morgan table method and available sampling and tourists of foreign events tours 100 people by random access method was selected and used The researcher-made questionnaire was taken from the combination of the qualitative section and the research background, which had 45 items in the form of 8 factors, as well as the validity and reliability of the qualitative and quantitative sections. According to the findings of the quality sector, eight factors of transportation, infrastructure, culture, safety and security, ticket sales, management, economy and accommodation were identified as problems of sports tourism tours in domestic and foreign events. In the quantitative section, the identified factors were ranked according to the factor, managerial, cultural, safety and security factors, ticket sales, economy, accommodation, infrastructure and transportation, respectively. Also, the comparison of the two groups of sports tourism tours in domestic and foreign events showed that ticket sales, transportation, economic, safety and security factors in the group related to domestic events tourism tours and managerial, residential and cultural factors in the group related to events tourism tours foreign sports are of the highest importance.
