The purpose of the current research is to study the future of investment and financing in the country's sports tourism industry. The type of research is applied and analytical-exploratory in nature. The statistical population includes experts in the country's sports tourism industry, including professors of sports management who had conducted research in the field of sports tourism and investment in sports (at least two researches), as well as managers working in the field of selected sports tourism (such as managers of sports events , managers of sports tourism tours, managers of tourism agencies, managers of hotels and managers of sports clubs) who had master's and doctoral degrees. The number of these people was 32. In the end, 30 questionnaires were returned. To analyze the data, the combined methods of the expert panel and cross-sectional effects were used. Managerial-systemic, infrastructure, legal, cultural-communication and political and economic factors are the most important factors of the investment and financing model in the country's sports tourism industry, and the final research model is based on the influence of managerial-systemic factors on cultural - It is communicative and ultimately legal. The results of this research can provide the basis for proper planning to attract investment and finance for the development of the country's sports tourism industry.

The purpose of this research was to provide a model for the development of basic football in Iran. This research is practical in terms of purpose and the data was collected qualitatively with the foundation data method, based on theoretical sampling and conducting 17 in-depth interviews, and based on the method suggested by Strauss and Corbin (2011) simultaneously, open coding, axial and Selection was done and the factors and indicators were categorized and finally the research model was drawn. The findings showed that Iran's basic football development model has 27 main categories and 97 subcategories in the form of background conditions, intervening factors, causal factors, strategies and consequences. The study is to develop a model for improving the performance of the student sports federation based on the ERP model. It was mixed in terms of purpose and applied, in terms of data collection method. The instrument used in the qualitative part of the research was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was taken from the qualitative part. The validity and reliability of these tools were confirmed. The participants in the quality part included professors of sports management (who had at least one study in the field of performance management), directors of associations and provincial boards, and members of the Student Sports Federation. The population were purposefully selected for qualitative interviews on the subject of research (20 interviews with 20 people) and continued to the point of theoretical saturation. In the second part (quantitative) after collecting data from qualitative research, a questionnaire was made and distributed among the sample of the quality section in full (75 people)- the statistical sample was the maximum number of samples according to Morgan table (63 people) and the sampling method was available randomly. The method of qualitative data analysis was thematic analysis and structural equation method was used in a small part. The whole process of data analysis was performed in SPSS and PLS software. Finally, 28 concept codes and 9 categories (support, goals and vision, organizational structure, training, ERP software, change management, rules and regulations and human resources) were extracted. Considering the importance of the development of student sports and ultimately the development of the country's sports, paying attention to the identified categories can be considered as guidelines for the managers of the student sports federation.
