The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the obstacles to the development of women's weightlifting in Iran. The research method was mixed and the participants included the officials of the federation, the officials of the provincial boards, coaches, referees and female weightlifters, who were selected by the purposeful sampling method in the number of 14 people, and a semi-structured interview was conducted with them until theoretical saturation. In the qualitative part, from the theme analysis approach and the Atlas ti software, and in the quantitative part, for the weighting of the components, from the cause-effect relationship analysis method (DEMATEL) based on the data from the questionnaires of 8 participants. The qualitative part was used. The findings showed that the obstacles to the development of women's weightlifting in Iran include seven themes and 19 sub-themes; Weakness of development management (national level and provincial level), weakness of development resources (financial and support resources and facilities and equipment), weakness of development participation (talents and athletes, coaches and referees, enthusiasts and learners, specialists and sports activists and managers and experts), weakness of supporting processes development (knowledge and technology, training and empowerment, marketing and communication), weakness of development areas (basic and amateur weightlifting and championship and professional weightlifting), weakness of development support (supporting women's sports and supporting men's weightlifting) and the environment development challenges (social-cultural environment, sports environment and international environment). The purpose of the current research was to identify and prioritize the structural challenges of attracting and maintaining sponsors in niche professional sports in Iran. The research method was qualitative and quantitative (mixed) and in the form of thematic analysis, and the statistical population included experts in the field of sports (presidents, vice-presidents, secretaries and marketing managers of federations and managers and deputy ministers). The sampling method was purposeful and in-depth interviews were conducted with 24 participants until theoretical saturation. In order to analyze the data, coding technique and Nvivo software were used. After identifying the challenges, with the aim of ranking them, an AHP questionnaire was designed and provided to 16 experts in the sports and marketing industry. Results showed that structural challenges to attract financial sponsors in niche professional sports in 10 themes and structural challenges to maintain financial sponsors in professional niche sports were identified in 8 themes and prioritized by AHP method. Finally, according to the obtained results, managers are suggested to pay attention to its long-term consequences for the organization when making decisions in the field of marketing, especially the attraction and retention of financial sponsors. Decisions that are made consciously and carefully can bring people together to achieve common organizational goals.

The research is to design a capacity building model for active leisure and rural sports through a sustainable development approach. The qualitative-quantitative research method was chosen with systematic exploratory approach (thematic analysis) and structural equation approach. The participants in the qualitative section included two sections of human resources (experts and top managers of the country, sports elites, provincial, city and village officials active in sports, etc.) and information sources (books, articles, documents, media, and...). The participants in the qualitative section were conducted in a sufficient number, purposefully and based on reaching theoretical saturation (19 people and 74 documents) and in the quantitative part, in order to estimate the research sample in the structural equation approach, for each research variable, an approximate value between 5 and 15 people is suggested for the research sample- in this research, 7 people are considered for each dimension in a stratified random method. Totally. 133 people that 150 questionnaires were distributed considering the possibility of dropping or non-response. The research tools included semi-structured exploratory interviews along with a systematic library study and a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the scientific merit of the sample, the validity of the tool based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, the opinion of experts and the agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method (open, selective and thematic) was used with a system analysis approach and PLS software. The final conceptual framework included 77 components, 19 dimensions, and 8 perspectives.
Based on the findings, it can be said that attention to sustainable development is one of the important and fundamental factors in building the capacity of active leisure and rural sports in the country. The government, urban and rural institutions, officials, managers and various media are necessary. The development and growth of rural sports in the country should take necessary measures and be aware of this category in plans and budgets.

The tool used to identify the factors of the economic development model, interview It was semi-structured (with focus groups) and studied documents. To ensure the validity and reliability of the study, the Lincoln and Guba evaluation methods were used. The paradigm model of this research was designed based on the paradigm model of Strauss and Corbin.
